+Joseph Frank thank you for that Joseph. I used the term “a little bass” very loosely. LOL. But yeah I was blown away too. The reason I said little is my other car was running to Kicker L7 12” suns on a Kicker ZX1000.1 which was incredibly loud in my 07 Charger R/T then moved to my 10 Challenger SRT8. I was very happy with this JL install

Had the same set up but with a XD 300/1 amp. Now I have a JL Audio HO 110W6 enclosure with an XD 600/1......Outrageous.JL AUDIO and HERTZ all day!!

Does it matter which speaker out puts you use? Are these amps bridgeable?

1-10 how would you rate this setup for a coupe, not looking to wake up neighbors but want a good sounding single 10 or 12” sub that hits hard.

Would the 12W7ae-3 fit in that enclosure ?

I have this exact same sub runned on a pioneer 2000 watt amp , it’s clean and deeeep

I used to have that same subwoofer box. How would it sound with the JX1000/1D amp? I was thinking re-purchasing these setups. Or would that JX500/1D be best? thanks

I'm buying 2 JL audio 15w0v3 w/ box and performance technique 2200 watt amp for 330 and install with everything for 200 so 530 do you think that's a clean deal?

Isn't this subwoofer unpowered the amp just matching the RMS at 4ohms@ 14.4V? Unless you got a high output alternator it's extremely difficult to hit 14.4V

That's in a separate video. I'll capture that more professionally with the Canon 70D and the Rode VideoMic Pro showcasing the sound and "flex" this video was getting long already. So we will show off the sounds of this and compare it to my Kicker system in my Challenger SRT. ;-)

I got a JX 500.1 powering 2 12 JLw0. But the amp over heat after 10 min of hard use. Would I need a stronger amp since I running 2 12w0?

Yo, SON! I like what you did to that bass control knob...... you should get one of those label maker sticker and print something like (Bass Knob) or (Subwoofer) and stick it on top of that knob. Dat's gangsta!!!

I have tried everywer I have idk if I'm using the wrong wire to connect to my sub to amp but nothing fits into the amp is ther like a very detail Wich wire is for what video I know grounds and battery wire but the sub giving me so much trouble I'm pretty sure I had the wire to. U need 4 wires in total....

You’d want that sound in the vehicle anyways. Power and cone area are what make or breaks bass. More power and more woofers equals more bass and subsequently more rattles and vibration.

Fast, Electronic and Loud ok i have this same amp how should i wire 2 10 inch 300w 4ohm subs? If parallel then which 2 speaker connections do i use. It has specs for 2ohms so i would think this is possible. Also it has 4 speaker connections. Is it internally wired in parallel already allowing you to use all 4 connections for 2 subs amd still be at 2 ohms?

I have a deck I bought at a yard sale for 10 that sub for 70 and a dual amp for 10 and a kit for 20 all for 110 lol

That 500.1 should have been installed under the front seat for a clean install.

Dumb to zip tie power wire to battery handle. Great to inconvenience whoever has to change out the battery later. You need to go and learn how to properly install. 20 bucks says you punctured their gas tank too.

Not a true 4 gauge wiring kit for being 18 yrs experience a very rookie mistake that's what u get for 20 bucks fake 4 gauge . if you want real 4 gauge buy jl audio wiring kit.

I wished I would've knew you didn't have the sub hit not once throughout this whole video , probably wouldn't have watched it ! that's a dislike from me

It was an INSTALLATION video. The demo was in a different video. Nothing to dislike about it! LOL
