Install mini shredder and rolling filter mesh
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
In this video, I use a 18V electric drill to drive the reducer
filter mesh is not necessary, but it can get smaller plastic pellets

This sorting mechanism is very clever. Nice!
Forbidden hamster wheel.
I have a question. Will you be making more extrudder machines in the near future? Thank you for your work.
I just ordered one and can't wait to receive it!!! If a few do, more see and that's how it snowballs...

did you receive the package?

@Pierre Chávez Yes, I did, and it's very high quality! I just need to have the hopper 3d printed, and I'll be set. Well, that and assembling my extruder...

Is there any update on performance, & long term wear and tear on the parts?
where'd you get that wonderful gearbox
Hi diy chen, I was thinking of purchasing one of your shredder sets/kits off of your website, but I was wondering if the included NMRV050 has an included flange. I have an AC Motor, so I was wondering what the bolt distance (mm) is on the flange, if included.
เยี่ยมครับ 👏👍
When will everything be back in stock on your site?
does it work for textiles?
If put sunflower petals then to roll cigg this way?
Where can I buy it. What's the website
Son 359 dólares?, Y sabe si hay q pagar gastos d importación? Gasto de envío?
Noice....👌
Can i order from belgium?

Price kya hai ?
You need a "Dead Man Switch" on this, such that the operator holds it (or steps on it) to close the circuit that enables electricity to flow to the motor.

Nice. Now we just need more 3D printers that can use pellet style materials rather than filiment.

you can melt pellets into filament it looks a bit annoying to do though

@@chrishayes5755 Why would you bother making it into filiment when you could design a print head to work directly with shredded material?

@@tenlittleindians More weight, more complexity, more to go wrong. The buffering is inherently challenging with variable flow. I think you're better off extruding your own filament personally.

@@JohnboyCollins Yes you have more weight and complexity than just a printer but not more than the combined weight and complexity of a printer and an extruder which is what the current print community uses. The current system increases the need for new plastic and the long distance transportation of that plastic and the resources needed to make it. It contributes to the landfill problems around the globe. I'm simply thinking long term to create a machine that has the opposite effect on the pollution problem by recycling some of it and requiring no gas and oil production to move and store the plastic filiment around the globe.

@@tenlittleindians Standards are important for efficiency at scale though. Filament is a better standard and an extrusion line can ultimately be made more efficient than a pellet extruder. But by all means if you can make a great one I'll buy it!
The sound seemed a little off for some reason. Also your silly license makes the whole thing useless and a waste of time to even look at.
