You see that little box he's messing with with the wires? You just feed the romex through the knockout out holes on the side. It should have a tab/nm clamp that prevents it from backing out. Usually, romex has black/hot, white/neutral, green/ground. Just match the colors up to the wire provided in the box and give a tug to make sure there aren't loose wires and you should be good.

Can we put any recessed led lights when we have an attic above? Does it need to has any certification? And how about insulation?

Not all but most new ones you can. Just read the ratings. They can attach to the old recessed can like a light bulb and push up or there are some with a junction box. Those you just feed the wires into the box and connect the wiring. Just make sure the wires aren't hot, and your good
