I have a TRIUMPH TIGER_900_GT_PRO (year 2023) motorcycle.
To protect the fuel-tank, & engine from damage in case the motorcycle has a standstill-fall. I bought & installed the BARKBUSTERS BHG-083-00-NP aluminium backbone hardware-kit, and the VPS-003-01-BK black plastic-handguard. It is a much stronger handguard, than the all-plastic handguard that comes standard with the motorcycle.
Good thing I installed this BARKBUSTERS handguard. Because, within a few days, I dropped the motorcycle on its left-hand-side whilst at a standstill. The BARKBUSTERS handguard, and my GIVI TN6415 engine crash-guards, protected the motorcycle from greater damage. The only damage sustained are minor-scratches on the plastic-handguard. And also scratches on the pillion foot-peg.
