Nice easy to follow video. 2 questions brand of cleat used and how much gap is behind the shelf? is it visible when looking directly at the shelf. Thanks

I have a predrilled particle board floating shelf with hardware, which I would like to use, and one stud near the corner of the wall. Can I use the hardware in your video to secure the shelf using the one stud and wall anchors for the rest, or wall anchors for all of it? The shelf will be holding laundry detergent.

How heavy was your floating shelves? My husband is afraid to install a floating shelf that I had purchased because it’s made of solid wood and so it’s a little heavy. So that’s why I wanna know the weight of your shelves please.

Thanks for your question! My shelves are on the lighter side…I would estimate they are about 10 lbs. They appear to be hollow on the inside.
