Being “real” is what attracted me to you, so far to date my favorite Instagram post was the one where you shared about the BBQ singeing your eyebrows, hair and eyelashes it was not funny but it was funny at the same time because it was something that I would do ☺️ and I love that you shared that with us! keep up the good work you are awesome and so informative, I look forward every morning to your daily posts it has become part of my daily routine. By the way since I found you in February of this year I paid off all my credit card debt (4 cards) and one of our vehicles now have an emergency Fund, sinking fund envelopes, lost weight because we stopped eating out, but the greatest thing...ALL OUR BILLS ARE NOW PAID ON TIME!!!! This alone saves us $ in late fees every month, thank you so much @thebudgetmom ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This is genius! You just articulated why I love following your Instagram!! Its natural. Its something I can look forward to every day. I get to follow your financial journey and get little glimpses into your life and how you apply your ideals in daily life. And I don't feel like I'm constantly getting a plug for affiliate marketing crap - like for a while it was Capitol One 360 and Robinhood app and Rakuten and lately Fetch rewards, which are literally on EVERY financial influencer's feeds. Somehow the way you do it is providing links only that you think will be helpful and doesn't feel like the constant hard sell - that my brain just tunes out anymore.

I get so much anxiety about going live 😫 But I love how unique your tips are. I've been trying so hard to make my Instagram look "cohesive" and its just discouraging because like you said, it just makes it hard to look the same all the time. Lighting, colors, etc always varies for me. No idea how others do it lol

The importance of hashtags!!!! A good hashtag will bring in new followers who might see your post and like your content. Sometimes i google popular hash tags to tag in my posts and i notice my likes go way up.
