Rule No. 1: You never wear a scent because you think than women will like it. You wear it because you like it and it makes you feel good. That projects better who you are and makes your actions more congruent. Rule No. 2: What a women says she wants and what she really wants are two different things. Women communicate covertly and that applies here too. I have had a girl telling me that she likes sweet scents and hates fresh scents. So, I purposely wore fresh scents when I was around her and she complemented me on „how good I smell“. Create tension and break rules. Do what YOU want Not what you think girls want you to do.

You’re absolutely right about both! My favorite scent is definitely the one I feel fits me best, and the compliments come naturally.

I think it’s great that you include fresh fragrances in a date video - most reviewers just do sweet/bold & loud in these types of videos… same for winter videos, but there are still times in winter when you want/need to wear fresh

Thanks for putting the fragrance names by their link. Makes it easier for us to navigate :) And also for keeping the name up while talking about each fragrance. Not everyone does that. Love Dior Homme Intense!! I wonder if women would prefer Le Male Le Parfum to Ultra Male if they were A B compared. I find Le Parfum so much more appealing :)

@Dens i have smelled oud satin mood extrait de parfum it was good and it’s high quality than oud wood and I think it has real oud, but it leans feminine, between oud wood and oud satin mood eau de parfum or extrait which one would you choose ?

A person shouldn't be worried about sillage for a date fragrance. Just sit closer to your love interest ;)

I totally agree on Roja Elysium, I’m super picky when it comes to my husbands fresh frag,they all smell so basic and I don’t like most of them, but Elysium is absolutely perfect. It’s like an upgrade from Bleu de Chanel and more unique. I do love Bleu de Chanel too though. Great picks.

I agree Tanya most fresh frags are boring,citrusy and synthetic,I don't try Roja Elysium but Hacivat by Nishane and Bleu de Chanel are very good

For a date I'd probably go with the BDC line, so romantic and safe too.

I have every single one of these frags and most I've had for a few years or more. I have to say Dior homme intense is by far the most seductive and inviting of the lineup and is a top 3 favorite for me, and my collection is fairly large and diverse. Ultra Male is also one that gets a TON of compliments, guys want to know so they can go buy it for themselves and girls seem to notice this one a lot more than just about any other in my collection. I think 540 Extrait gets the most attention though and is my personal favorite. One that's not on the list that is incredible and women freaking love it because its a vanilla bomb is Club Black from Mercedes Benz. Yes a car brand fragrance...shit you not. I used to think its a was an online troll or fragrance community joke too until i bought a bottle for the hell of it just to see what all the fuss was about...instantly became one of my all time favorites and my everyday fall fragrance. This bad boy shines bright in cool but not cold weather. Its vanilla is unbelievably high quality and its so comforting and cozy smelling that people cant get enough of. I had a girl in hy-vee follow me through the isles once sniffing around trying to find out who was wearing it. the minuet she zeroed in on me she came over and asked what I was wearing so she could go get it for her boyfriend right away lol.

Didnt know about this chick until just now. Tried Herod couple weeks ago alobg with a few others. Didnt like layton which everyone seems to like but Herod... my fucking goodness that scent is lovely. If it wasnt for the price id pick one up then and there. Will have to wait. But at some point Im getting one. Has a gourmand quality to it sweet chocolatey sexyness in a bottle. If u havrnt already get ya nose on it!

Herod smells nice, but my favorite PDM fragrance is Pegasus. I'm not a fan of Layton, it smells like Vick's to me.

Hello Demi great video today I have everyone of those fragrances except for Killian and jazz club and I feel the exact same way about all of them as you described even the door Sauvage and I love the others as my top favorites amongst about 15 other ones as well that I count as my top 25 favorite all time like creed Silver Mountain water Mojave ghost etc. but great lists I love the way you explain it have a great day see you in the next video

I love to go back and watch some of your old stuff and I would like to put out there I’ve had my Herod (your recommendation), since about 2020 and mine smells fantastic. I don’t know what it smelt like before but it’s wonderful and I feel like it’s even better than when I first bought it.

How come you never talk about the Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Le Parfum. It's by far my favorite of the le male line. Still love the original, but Le Parfum is something else. Gets me compliments in University and on dates.

Interesting Channel and great place to start to find out more about men's fragrances. The problem I'm having is that shampoo, deodorant and early every other personal product is scented which creates for nauseating mix of smells even without cologne. As far as a date goes what are yours or anyone else's opinion on PDM Pegasus and Initios Absolute Aphrodisiac for a date? I love both of these fragrances, but my thought is that they can be pretty strong fragrances and maybe to much for a date. A ladies opinion on this is golden.

By the way the nose of all 3 d'elmars is Mark Buxton. So there you go... wish you could talk about them in a clip they are unisex but for me sweet temptation is the most wearable for a woman. And no wonder Le Male is a masterpiece, the nose is Francis Kurdijan. :)

I prefer D&G The One edp over Spicebomb extreme and Versace por Homme over Sauvage also Gucci Intense Oud over TF Oud Wood

Hi Demi, that is a nice review. I personally use Blue de Chanel for summer and spring on day and night ocassions, Gucci Guilty basically in any season, Tom Ford Noir Extreme in the winter and late fall, especially in night ocassions, and D&G Light Blue Intense in the summer during day 😊 I believe it is a nice combo 😅

I really like jazz club. But from MM my favs are Autumn Vibes and By the Fireplace. For boozy scent my favorite scent is Killian’s Angel’s Share.
