Hey man. Big fan, but one question. Do you have any ideas on getting pedal rods unstuck?I have an msx 100v. I got sent some begode rods from a repair trip. They were a little too big but tried to make it work by hammering it in and it worked for a while. Still a bad idea cause now I need to change my tire but the rods really stuck.

Hay man just a heads up you can get replacement lenses on amazon and you can repair them pretty easy with a little bit of Knowledge and it works like new for only 50 bucks and a drumal or insta 360 Repairs those for only $180 us just a heads up and somtimes they can be buffed out with glass polish if not to bad. One time only

Forget about it. You will destroy your camera trying to fix it . I bought the replacement lens for the x3. I could not get the retaining ring off the camera. Gave up and sent it to insta for repair. Ended up I had to by a new camera

I still have my Insta360OneX. I have cracked it once but then had the lens replaced for $105. They sent me a most likely refurbished Insta360OneX. Since then I have used 2 Insta360 Dive Cases with holes drilled on the side for sound and easy recharging. I have considered getting the X3 but reviews have stated overheating issues after 30 minutes which then causes the X3 to shut off. I will stick with my Insta360 OneX with Dive Case for now. The quality is just as awesome as the newer X3.

I don't even have a unicycle, but love watching someone who is truly passionate about it ! Great videos.

Honestly Chooch, that's a good business venture idea for you: Start making lens mods for Insta360. I bet every single person who owns one would buy couple from you. And you'd have the credibility of "Made in USA" for them.

After adjusting the lens guards 4 times I finally got them lined up correctly. I was surprised the lens light flare and image quality wasn’t awful. Very slight stitch line. Kudos! ☮️ oh and the smallrig cage is a must

100% agree chooch!!!! Plus we could get some ND lenses and other filter attachments! A non glare/reflection for water and glass would be phenomenal! Insta360 needs to see this! We all need to push them to allow screw on/off replacements and attachments.

The X3 is promising. Love these 360 cameras. I have the 1 inch and the waterproof aspect is not there. Still love it. Nice unboxing my friend👍

So is 360 with lens gaurd better than go pro?

I got mine today in the post, was very close to returning it as it’s heavy and the lenses are never gonna last. I’m using mine for mtb which the 360 gives great footage but it could be scrap after the first run

Just recently bailed on concrete.... my oneX2 took a beating... had on the plastic lens guards. You are Bang on that it can ruin footage.... anyway guards smashed.... tiny little smudge/defect on actual lens. Any suggestions on possibly rubbing it out? I've seen some suggestions online but a bit hesitant to try them.

Honestly, it won't work. Unless you are a glass polisher, know and have the proper tools, it'll never be the same. Been there many times. The smallest defect will show in your footage. And if the glass isn't perfect, your shots will be blurry. They need to give us the ability to replace and ad on attachments

Good video. I really do like this camera but if your marketing as an action camera they should make the lens replaceable. I would sacrifice a bit of waterproofing to have this option.

I was wondering when the next video was lol. When is the V13 coming?! Also I’m in the market for my first 360 action camera so I was trying to decide on the X2 or the X3.

@begodecrashtestdummy2722 he’s light so I’m sure he’ll get range just fine on it and will review/ride it for what it is…. If he manages with the V12 HT then what’s your point lol

long story, should have v13 content soon. A bigger sensor on the x3 = more light and better image, but x2 is lighter weight easier to ride with and has better lens guards and cost less. aslo the screen is a disadvantage on euc, because something else to break. Cheers Isaac!

They could make a quality affordable lens protector/replacement lens , but why make only $100 off your customers when you can make $500?

I have mixed feelings about these cameras. I'll probably end up getting an X2 eventually just because nothing else I've seen can capture riding an EUC well, but as a non-KZreadr and unable to write it off as a business expense that price and that fragility is hard to swallow.

Only $400 now. Chinese cameras have become the super expensive boutique items no-one can afford. No-one remembers a time when it wasn't the case.

Lenses are glued. You can buy spare lenses and replace them.

Have you tried the premium lens? I tried those plastic lens guard that you are using and it just ruins the footage. The premium lens guard is so much better.

So true, the sticky lens guards are trash, no matter how you adjust them. Add $20 to my $449 X3. If I find that it so annoying, I will just rely on being careful and using the insurance that I got for 3 years in the event I do scratch the lens. I'ma fan of the Insta360 brand but this is putting 💩 on the face of my camera.

And they have better glass lens protecter on amazon for the 360 they are way better

Agree, I just looked at footage with the lens guards and it’s not bad but so much worse than without
