one x2 usb mode android does not work, tap on camera button it keep search for camera through wifi & bluetooth.

Luego despues de cambiar la región y que se conecte, se puede volver a poner región actual o si la cambias vuelve a no funcionar

I bought a new Ace Pro and cannot connect wifi. I have no access for factory reset and apps is already updated but still not working, trying to connect with USB and it only shows media which is empty. The thing that works for me is changing the region on the apps from Auto to Lebanon.

My insta 360x2 cannot be detected by any device. I even used a cord. It cannot be detected. Pls help. Tnx

Hola. Tengo un problema de conexión con mi INSTA 360 X3. La he estado usando desde mayo de 2023, se conectaba sin problema a mi HONOR 50 8 RAM 256 GB. Desde ayer no puedo conectarme. Noaparece ya en la lista de WIFI. Ya la reinicié, ya la restauré de fábrica. Hice lo que hiciste en este video, y nada. Qué podrá ser? Podrás ayudarme por favor? Gracias

insta360 from apple store has cable connection. they removed it from all non apple store insta360 versions

Same problem. Try draining the battery. It worked on mine.

I tried what you did in the video, but it didn't worked for me, i'm from Chile and my phone is a Huawei Ys. Do you know any other way to make my phone read the camera's wifi?

@@marcodeleon4218 termine devolviendo por garantía, me pedían enviarla a la fábrica para poder revisarla y no me entregaban tiempo de resolución, finalmente solicité el reembolso. Una pena porque mientras funcionó era muy buena cámara

Yo solucione el problema sin el cable solamente agregando la red manual en el celular (SSID y PASSWORD en WPA2-Personal). Saludos

No es necesario el Teléfono móvil, independiente LA CAMARA Insta360 se puede usar sólo. Usar con teléfono móvil, más que todo es para transmitir en tiempo real, para Obtener datos GPS (si no tienes tu módulo GPS), independientemente la cámara se puede usar igual con todas sus funcionalidades.

Running under the sun for 10 minutes, the camera promp to stop recording, the body is over heat like boilered egg, burn my hand. Does any one has the same problem?

Hi If the WiFi can't be detected, please refer to the steps below to switch the Wi-Fi frequency of ONE X2 and try again. --Android system: open the app-enter "Settings" and tap "Set the current region to camera"-select Indonesia-click on "Set to the camera", restart the camera and check again. --iOS system: open the phone system settings, select Indonesia under region--return to the app page, reselect the camera's signal-try to connect.

Cannot set to the camera if you cannot connect to the camera! Therefore this “fix” does not work!!
