First time I drank Gatorade was when I was slowly lifted into my grave, and some nice old fella stood by the grave and asked if I want some Gatorade. I opened the coffin and said: "Sure!" The taste was so special that it reignited my will to live and I climbed out of the coffin and said to everyone at the funeral: "Well, sorry, this shit's so good, I must live a few more years to enjoy it" It changed my life forever.

*I'LL TELL YOU WHEN I FIRST CONSUMED THE GATORADE.* I was one of those football players. I thought it was normal the way the other players drank it but I said, "I'm good enough without electrolytes, Sir." To coach. But coach said, "If you want the big leagues it's goin in ya." So while the whole team was watching he took out a flask and poured it in my hands. It was purple like if the sky had been cursed by a wild necromancer and lit the sky with lightning. I drank and I screamed so loud my eardrums popped. I ran 3 touch downs in 5 minutes screaming "WOO BABY IT'S GO TIME! WOO BABY IT'S GO TIME!" the whole way. After I was completely exhausted. Depleted. There was nothing in me except a desperate craving of the purple electrolytes. Coach walked up to me and dropped an open gatorade bottle on my chest. Some of the drops landed in my mouth and I could move again. Coach said, "You are one of us now, boy. You can never go back."

I can't relate to this video. I never tried Gatorade. I couldn't after I saw what Gatorade did to my family. My father, craving the sour taste of sweat elixir, would invade my dreams as I slept and try and force me to teach him how to purchase bottled beverages but I always refused. He'd yell and he'd scream in my dreams about how he needed the electrolytes to grill a proper steak but I knew no dreamsteak was worth handing my father over to the brightly colored demon of Gatorade. I hope all the people in this video get the help they need to break free of Gatorade's sweaty hold on them.

my first sip of Gatorade was in the back seat of my father's purple Nissan maxima, I was 5, we were leaving the gas station on our way home and I opened the bottle holding the blue sauce of hell and stuck my fingers inside; they burned. I felt like I had been cursed by Tartarus himself as I took that first sip of pure damnation "Beelzebub!" I chanted, "why must you send your urine to us mortals for us to use as fodder for our most penal desires?!" but alas, my cries went unheard, and I became cursed; cursed to partake of the devils piss for the rest of my life. I never will forgive the man who seeded me for introducing that vile liquid to my diet.

I remember the first time I drank Gatorade... I was 7 years old. My hair stood on end as I sensed the Gatorades presence. I ran to the window and saw my grandfather standing on the sidewalk in front of my house chanting, "sour the drink, drink the sour." I slowly aproched him as a bottle of green Gatorade appeared in his hand. I'll never forget the overjoyed look on his face as I drank the Gatorade. He then melted into a sewer grate as I downed the remainder of the bottle. I've been drinking the blue Gatorade ever since.

I'm writing this from a hospital bed. I don't know when I'll get out, if I ever will. My first sip of gatorade was magical in that it caused me to hallucinate wildly from that iconic sour taste. I searched every end of the earth for bitter gatorade- I had to experience it or I knew I would die. When at last I finally found the last remaining bitter gatorade bush, I plucked one of its neon, sweaty fruits... only to wake up here. I don't know how I got here, or how to get out, but know this: the bitter gatorade will be your best... and your last.

When I was first offered the Perspiration Enrichment Elixir, I was so confused by the weird colors. Why would I put something the color of poison into my mouth? But the potion transformed my perspiration into power and I knew that no person could keep me from my potential. Either that or I really had to Pee.

The first time I drank Gatorade I went forward in time to when the limited edition Gatorade I had tried no longer existed. I have tried many flavors since then to get that same original rush, but nothing has come close to the original. I wish I could remember the name of the flavor. All I can remember is the electrolyte fluid exuding an eerie pink glow. Please help me refind this glorious sugar juice, and maybe it can return me to my past where the limited edition flavors exist again.

I remember my first sip of Gatorade. In fact it's a day I'll never forget. I was walking along this busy street when out of nowhere a car honked at me, I quickly turned my head and narrowly missed getting ran over, as I fell back onto the asphalt I laid face to face with a half empty neon blue bottle of liquid. Had it been under any other circumstance I wouldn't have ever drank that strange blue liquid, but the adrenaline from jumping out of the way of that speeding car caused a thirst in me, that even to this day I have yet to experience again. I opened that bottle of blue and started gulping it down, trails of juice were running down my chin, I just could not get enough. Every chug gave me a feeling of energy, like my battery was recharging both mentally and physically. I felt like I was plugged into a power source that was giving me an energized feeling I hadn't felt since I was a child playing on the playground during recess. The electrolytes from Gatorade literally gave me a feeling of childlike wonderment I hadn't felt in years. I remember that because of this newfound energy I felt I ran to the nearest corner market and bought every single Gatorade they had in stock. For the next month of my life I drank nothing but the wide variety of rainbow liquids, Cool Blue, Lemon-Lime, Glacier Cherry, any flavor I could possibly get my hands on. It got to the point where I could not go a couple hours without drinking that delicious drink. My family and friends were concerned for me, they told me I had an addiction. They couldn't be more wrong. I wasn't addicted, how could I be it was just a beverage? It wasn't until I was waking up five or six times a night to sip the nectar of the gods, that I realized I had a problem. I'd look in the mirror and see my colorfully stained mouth, my bloodshot eyes and dark under eye bags, and realized I didn't even recognize myself. I remember calling my best friend begging for help, pleading to stop this problem in any way possible. I can now say that it's been three years since my last Gatorade. I won't say it's been easy, in fact I still can't follow any athletes on social media in the off chance they'll get a Gatorade sponsorship and will post pictures of them drinking the same drink that nearly brought on my downfall. But even now everyday that I don't drink that devil drink is a win for me.

The first time I tried Gatorade was in middleschool, it was offered to me behind the fence by some kids who were smoking, I took a sip of a sweet and salty red nectar and for a moment I could see even more colors, like fifty shades of sports and sweat. I had to have more and that's when I went on a downward spiral, opting for Gatorade instead of water, instead of milk, instead of food. I drank nothing but Gatorade because the electrolytes made me feel alive. More alive than normal. It took months for the withdrawals to subside and to appreciate living a normal life without the boosted electrolytes. Now I only drink alkaline water, and my sweat has finally lost it's colorful hue.

It was in fifth grade. Everything was happening in my middle school. From the art contest winners to the sports qualifiers. Like any school my size, there was a niche kind of food market. We were focused on pretty bland food with sweet treats. We were all quite nervous for our players health when they came back, as this was the first year we had started season with over schools. When our team came back, they brought with the, the holy grail of food. Gatorade. Considering our lack luster pallet, these new flavors had no others to compete with, so quickly ran to the top. There was even a Certifying Club that would help identify specific kinds of Gatorade. Safe to say, it was a big deal. All of my friends were just talking together, helping each other make plans. Then someone brought Gatorade into the conversation, both in the sense and the psychical thing. It split our group slightly, but I tried it. The feelings of all those neuro biological things was insane. God it was so good. To suddenly cast off those cultural shackles and try it. I understand how some people can be turned off. The way new flavors are made can be extremely harmful or even deathly to the testers, such as the Nook Rough incident, but it’s worth the risk. These things have greatly improved our lives in all aspects. From jobs catered around bidding off certain strands or using Gatorade for a statement, it’s earned its mark here. Taking it away would be taking away our community backbone. Quickly copy cats of Gatorade will pop up, selling them for dirt cheep. With no where else where to go, people buy. These can be harmful and unreliable to say the least. If the E.G.P. goes to infect, you’ll just got a place sick of dying people who are paying a parasitic company to kill them in style.

I cannot tell you the first time I tried Gatorade as I was too young to remember. I cannot tell you the last time I had Gatorade either, as it is far in my future, a moment that cannot be seen through the thickness of time, murky like the opaque fruit urine. However, if you were to Examine any isolated moment, any day, any second, any fraction of the smallest increment of time- that is a moment in which I am consuming Gatorade. Neon colors coursing through my veins. I was born from the syrup, and it will reclaim my body once my time is up and even the electrolytes can’t keep me alive. The blood in my body is not blood. It is a brown goo, dense with flavor, a swirling mix of the various shades of Fast Juice that blend to an unidentifiable sludge. One taste could kill a man. But that’s how I stay alive. Everyday I still grow stronger as I take in more and more. The Gatorade scientists are beginning to fear me. good. They created me; made me everything I am- that and the Power Soup. they have no idea what I am capable of. One day that will see. One day you will all see. Your eyelids will grow heavy as I suck the air out of your lungs, making room to fill them with Liquid Sports. The last thing you see will be me- John Gatorade.

I remember my father coming home one day in his blue 1972 ford pickup. He came inside and told my family “I have a surprise for you, follow me.” He led us out back to see that he had brought home a fully grown female alligator. He squeezed it’s alligator udders into a cup and a blue juice came out. He took a sip and smiled then said “this little bitch is going to make me millions.” Then he passed the sour reptile nectar to me.
