I believe it originated in Hawaii. At least that’s where I first had it. Easy and cheap.

It's a Hawaiian dish as stated and is huge for lunch. You can get it like in the video or hotdogs, chili, spam, chicken and other proteins.

It was made for surfers in Hawaii because it's was cheap and has carbs and protein and is really cheap for the amount of food you get.

Lcoc Moco was originated in Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii. It didn't have gravy then, they used the runny egg as a "gravy".

You described the Lángos you prepared as your beach food. Loco Moco is Hawaii beach food. Perfect after surfing or other ocean activities. Lots of carbs and protein, plus it's cheap eats. if you go to somewhere other places they give you portions designed for a children, and you pay adult prices... this is how to make sure you have good staff in your business. DHL know to get a chef that could provide the real portion sizes.

oh my god that looks like a dream on a plate! I can imagine not eating for a day to build up an appetite, and then hoover up this beauty. I would order two eggs and some more garnish. then the next day I wouldn't eat, then the day after that I'd order the lasagne looking thing.

Since I found your channel I have progressively been watching every single one. It brings so much happiness to my nights, and applaud you for keeping so clean, as so many don't. I think you should look up and try a typical Peruvian dish called Lomo Saltado. I bet the people would love it, and so easy to make. You can't go qo wrong with marinated beef with onions and peppers and rice and chips.

I would personally prefer shorter Videos with Timelapse and jump cuts. Would be more inclined to watch, don’t really want to watch food for 50 minutes. I think 10 to 15 minutes would be better.
