Give the video editor a raise already!

So I started watching team videos with the Unboxed series as I am a fan of Carlos Sainz. However, because I also love Seb, I started watching your BTS videos and really appreciate that you feature different members of the pit/paddock crew and explain their roles in the team. This video was especially touching with Fabio commenting about how Seb remembers the name of every crew member dating back to his 1st win at Monza and him now working with the adult Jack that was a wide eyed child some 15 years ago on the pit lane walk. This makes me wish that I had become an F1 fan much earlier in my life so that I might be a chef for one of the teams (an avocation for me) or maybe even a team doctor rather practicing in our current healthcare system.

I feel for you working in the 'health' system, I really do. Same way as I feel sorry for people working in the Education system. As for those in Government / law - no hope at all for them bc if you're not corrupt then you're not ever going to progress.

This is such good content to be coming from an official team channel! No overly blatant team advertisement or PR/media events shoehorned into a technically focused video, just awesome insights and explanations. This is the kind of content I always want to see from the teams, but often don't... especially in a scandalous season like this. I wish more teams wouldn't shy away from showing us this stuff on its own; documentary style. Well done for keeping it informative.

This was fascinating. I always love to see the hard working people that you rarely get to see or know that work behind the scenes to make something happen. It's also nice to see how a team works together in conjunction with the drivers because there is always this massive focus on the driver, but it doesn't happen by magic--takes a lot of people on and off site.

Phenomenal seeing the hard work that goes on to support the drives. You guys and gals are amazing!

9:00 More of this kind of stuff please. Show inside some of the toolboxes and show the simple stuff. Ratchets, wrenches, and things that are non-F1 specific so there's no fear of giving up secrets to other teams. Plus, it'll be a very interesting insight as to how you guys organize your tools.
