Someone will think they're just joking around in training but that ball and cone exercise is one powerful brain sharpness training they are doing

Just like when they gather in circles and begin to pass ball to each other so that the guy in the middle doesn't get the back. That improves quick decision on the pitch. Adds a tiki taka technique.

It's not just brain exercise, it creates camaderie as well. It adds to their competitiveness but releases it in a friendly manner.

Rondo allows each player to understand body language and best stance to give your comrade the ball ⚽️. Remember that what the fans are allowed to see isn’t anywhere near the real intense training going on behind closed doors
Love how elneny takes the younger players through their drills at the end....he would make a great coach

Happy birthday to Reiss, glad to see him take part in these videos. Seems like a nice lad, hopefully he can play a part for us going forward. Mad seeing Ethan Nwaneri training with the first team at 15y, I think Martin Ødegaard could help him a lot, as he also got his debut at age 15 in Norway. Agreed. People keep complaining that Saka has no backup and the right wing needs depth, I see no reason why Reiss shouldn't be given a chance to fill that role

We don't need another LW like Mudryk, because Martinelli/ Nelson are excellent for that role and Smith-Rowe could also play there if required aside from competing with Xhaka in the middle. Signing a plan-B CF with Giroud-like abilities in the aerial duels is more urgent, because we can't always score from open play

@@sipupuksid4654 they are 2 different type of players. Mudryk is pace and quick movements and finishing but Nelson is more pace control and dribbler/ short passer
