Especially the downtown apartment condo market - amazing prices right now - in some cases 30-40% off all time highs. These will come back in time.

Love the video, thinking of moving to Calgary from Ontario... What is the situation with heating cooling situation in Calgary. I notice a lot of places like this one; have baseboard heaters rather than central air....how do they get AC in summer?

Many have central air - including this unit. Heating is often covered in the condo fees. If you move out to Calgary, would love to help out!

The LaCaille is one of downtown Calgary’s iconic residential towers. Groundbreaking in its day, and literally has one of the very best locations in downtown Calgary.

Absolutely untrue about this high rise in Eau Claire. There are definitely more industrial portions of downtown that are far more congested. The LaCaille is surrounded by parks, the rivers, and no through streets - its literally as quiet a place as you could find.
The unit is nice but it is too cold to live in Calgary. No thanks, I'll pass.
