I enjoy grewing up in the city of Manila, but I fell inlove with Davao the first time I arrived there (most notably Samal Island and Toril). I felt like I need to relocate myself one day. To this channel & this family, thanks for inspiring me even more. God bless us all!

@@regietcua Kase po, balak ko umuwi.. yoko na sa states, I've been infatuated with TinyHomes here, kaso lang depends sa mga ibang states at mas mahal mga tinyhomes d2.... so that's roughly 18k dollars... materials, lot, paper work, labor? And also mga furnishes nyo when you say Japan Surplus.. is it exported ba or there's one sa pinas? So it was mentioned also 1.3 million php with all furnitures/fixtures/housewares of another 5k dollars? I really love this house, it's actually ganon ang gusto ko po design!

@@AL-vw7kx , Japan surplus, basically, second hand items from the surplus shop. Cheap finds. If we buy the brand new ones similar to those, baka x2 or x3 ang prices. 1.3M including structure and everything inside. :)

parang 2BR na din coz of the loft. :) we only have 2 kids and 1 is already in college so this is enough for us. :)
The kitchen should have been where the bedroom is, then next to it the bathroom, then the bedroom where the bathroom is located...
Does anyone here know the real state property tax for a 2000 sqm farm land?

Value and real property tax will vary depending on location of the farm land. You will need to check with the local govt of the place you are considering on buying.
