That quote 👌 right there got me too. Is impressive how surreal these biblical principles really are. If we only would follow God's law. We are no different, the same Grace, same Blood of Joshua the Crist., same awesome Abba. John 16:24 hitherto have ye asked nothing in my NAME: ask and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.. The best way to find that balance between saving and living is by investing. This way you get to have your saving intact and then live comfortably off the revenue coming in from your investments. Financial freedom is possible, you just need to know what to do and when to do it. I am a living testimony.

I totally agree. I also think a lot of Christians would be uncomfortable with a pastor teaching about financial matters bc most people don’t really want to change, especially older people. In order for an increase in finances the congregation would prefer being told a check would magically show up in the mail vs having to build skills, shift mindsets and develop more discipline. There may have been pastors who’ve attempted to teach financial freedom and sisters or brothers pulled them to the side and told about a rich man not getting into heaven and storing up treasures in heaven.
