A Hockey Equipment Manager earns an average of $61,207 per year. Head Equipment Managers would be $100,000+. The Players Tip them in Cash and Gifts at the end of the year as well. I’ve heard of Players buying Long Time Equipment Managers Cars/Trucks, etc.
