Hopefully this year will be even better. The team, the bench, the connection and strength of these lads. And the fact England is one of the best international teams in the world and so many great countries are in transition. It would hurt not to win the World Cup this year.

I'm from Tanzania but i am a die hard fan for the England National team. I''ve been watching them since the Korea/Japan worldcup 2002, i was 10 at the time. I remember crying at my school dormitory in 2006 after we lost to Portugal for the 2nd time in 2 years, nobody understood why i loved the team that much. I'm a man utd fan too but strangely England goes deeper. We never made it to the 08 Euros under Mclaren. Had one of the worst worldcups in 2010 and 14. We were so obsolete and average in the 2012 and 16 Euros. Being an England fan through & through i've known nothing but dissapointments and heartaches. It's amazing how GS changed this team. It's amazing seeing how our players have become like brothers in arms. There's so much unity, love and admiration in this team. I don't think there's a national side with vibes like England currently some of my best memories and moments as an england fan have come under Gareth. I still remember the 2018 wcup. What a thrilling journey that was!! The match against germany last year. God!! Nothing compares to it. No feeling can come close. God save the queen. God bless our team. God bless England! Cheers 💥

Our England Squad got so much outstanding memories of the Euro's last year our England Squad are so delicated to play for our Brillant counrty that's why we done so so well to the End of the Euros, its lovely to see our 🦁🦁🦁 train so hard & make it fun on the way, they all got their rolls to play & get the results which they all deserved so much in their young lives & their careers they fought for from a young age to now from their Clubs & country ...from the bottom of my heart ❤I thank you everyone who is involved in making our England squad what they have achieved so far ....I'm a very proud England Supporter & always will be.....wishing them all the best for the world Cup games for 2022....

Getting emotional watching this again during this world cup, specifically the part where Kalvin Phillips is talking about the team wanting to protect Raheem from the barrage of projectiles and racist abuse after scoring. I effing love my country and the fact that most of us English people also feel the same way about racism fills my heart with pride. It doesn't matter what colour a person's skin is, they're still a person just like everybody else... its crazy to me that anyone would think any different in today's world.
