I've been enjoying Battle Royale more than Reload. One of the reasons is I seldom have anyone to play Reload with. But I toggle between Battle Royale and Reload. When I get tired of one I switch to the other, rather than switching to an entirely different game. The end result is Epic retains my attention (play time). This is a win for Epic, and a win for me, because I am having fun. Reload in the long haul isn't going to be as popular as BR and ZB, but it doesn't need to be in order to fulfill its goal of preventing players from switching to a new game.

The party bus diving off the bridge immediately was awesome

So many of my favourite streamers, well one of them, was really disparaged by this season and the missing counter to cars and I was so happy for them when I saw them playing the new mode. I my self have also found it very enjoyable - but then again I am pretty new to Fortnite and have only really been playing since august of last year and EVERYTHING is new and exciting to me. As long as I get to play with togehter with my son and also get to shoot at stuff then I am happy. I am really not too fuzzy and I also like that the meta changes pretty rapidly and having to be good with any weapon at the drop even if it is some basic gray loot, then so be it and that makes it even more challenging :)

You and I have vastly different meanings when we say "my aim isn't good this match". Holy. Great job as always.

I split my time between both modes right now. I love reload but sometimes a good old BR is what’s needed. My son also hates BR this season so getting to play Reload with him is a blessing because my favourite thing in fortnite is playing with my boy. We make a good team. W video Jake.

If someone is wondering why Jake did not pick up mythic gatekeeper shotgun is probably because he prefers having drum mag attachment over rarity

the combat is SUPER good for range and outplaying someone

I am enjoying Reload more than BR right now. I'm interested in the pirate updates and new POI, but Reload has captured most of my play time recently.

I've only played a few games of Reload. It's quite good, but I spend most of my time in BR still. I like the size of the map better. I remember when I heard that this season was gonna be a vehicle oriented Mad Max inspired theme. I was looking forward to it, but they missed the mark in my opinion. I really thought you would have to invest some gold for the vehicle mods and that you'd have to go to a few specific locations to get it done. It makes absolutely no sense that you have to pay to make a Gatekeeper hold two extra shells, but you can just drive through a crate and get instant unlimited ammo for a grenade launcher or machine gun for free on top of already being wrapped in a suit of armor. I still only use the cars to get from point A to point B. If I want to play a driving game I guess there is always Rocket Racing. I've become pretty decent at chucking EMP's, but when there are ten people left and half of them are in cars and I can only carry six grenades... I feel like I end up having to sit and hide while they slowly kill one another off before I can fire my weapon and dare alerting someone to my presence. It never fails that if there are three cars and one person on foot, all the cars will start gunning down the pedestrian. Folks just look for the easy elimination. It makes the end games a lot less fun.

Keep making these for BR. Jake has great game sense and helps a lot.

I definitely prefer Reload mode - I enjoy the fast pace of the game, but above all the much more skill based weapons in Reload. You often need to tap fire the weapons, which requires more of the player than the AR's, SMG's and even most shotgun's in BR

Always love these. It would be awesome if you could call out your mods as you make them. I had to rewind several times to catch that you unequipped scope from gatekeeper. Realize details like that are personal preference but I always like to know. Thanks!

Wow, how do you get gloves and a blue gatekeeper off spawn, then get to take out the boss without a bunch of other players on you! :) Nice tip on using the bus EMP to get the boss out of the car, I'll use that.

yo Jake i’ve noticed u never put any muzzle attachments on ur gatekeeper shotgun, is there a reason for that of what?

Mind explaining more about how and why you disengaged by reckless railway by the bridge? I too would have due to poor opening and no cover, however i would of gone to the roof/building that you came back to afterwards and not gone as far as under the bridge to heal up

I went further cause I thought he would chase. I also didnt think there was any chance they would kill me if we had another fight where I was healthy so I didnt mind letting them also heal.

Which sens do you use? I think i fail a lot of easy shots with my actual sens

In a cross platform game, processing speed is everything. If it seems hard to hit certain people, it's because what they're playing on is either equivalent or faster than what you're playing on. You got to pay to play. 😂

There not mythics they are legendary gatekeepers so u can mod legendary guns but not mythics

BR for me with the odd game of Reload. Not playing as much TBH, S3 is getting a bit boring now and the car battles and the constant running away play style of some players is tedious.

They have a smaller hit box, so it makes sense to use girls no matter your gender. That's why no one uses chunky skins like Optimus Prime.

I like the smaller hitbox with female skins, but as a gamer buddy once told me, 'if I'm going to spend hours watching a butt bounce it's going to be a female butt.'

Hit boxes are all the same size. You’re more likely to be seen in a ‘big’ skin but your hit box is the same

@@OKGJedi yes, definitely. I can see some skins no matter how hard they try to hide, too much going on with capes and shoulders and headgear. I love using the cap shield back bling, but it seems like I'm giving someone a literal target on my back.
