As she explained, warm air enters the top of the tower. But what makes it cool is when it's nighttime. Once cooled, the air eventually lowers, bringing relief for those at the bottom of the tower inside the home. So it catches and redirects it downward and pushes the hot air out. But windcatchers that cool by drawing air over water use the water as a heat reservoir, but if the air is dry, they are also cooling the air with evaporative cooling. In areas without cool breeze, windcatchers act as chimneys and push warm air upwards and out through the openings of the tower, regulating the interior environment. Early wind towers in Dubai were made with palm fronds but as they were susceptible to fire, more resistant materials were used like sea stone and coral.

Emirati house is so cool - in side/outside. Traditional Indian houses are the same with the 'garden' kind of area in the middle of the house. I love how everything is clean but also so traditional!
the difference between Emirati and the Saudis is that Emiratis are well traveled that is why they have so much understanding about other culture they are very welcoming...this from a guy who worked in Dubai for 15 years and now retired

She’s just awesome. I’d love to go around Dubai with her.
Brought back nostalgic memories of the time I lived in Dubai for 14 years from 1992 to 2006. The old Dubai has not changed a lot that was close to the Taxi Stand and Abra where I lived. I would walk daily in the evening near the corniche where there's the Historic Sheikh Rashid House and towards the mouth of creek at Port Rashid. The Gold Souk where I spend 3 years working as the Chief Teller for Stanchart Gold Souk and Nasser Square Branch. Wish you covered Karama also in the video which is the best place for shopping and food.
Wonderful. So glad to visit this Episode. The whaaat- oldest cafeeee🎀🎯

A cataclysmic paradigm shift will take place very soon, before the end of this year 2023, 10 days after the winter solstice and it will be the Celebration of the Blessed Hope, the Rapture of the Church, escaping from this world fallen, to enter into his 7 horrible years of Tribulation. The deadline and intangible date for the start of these Tribulations was the evening of Sunday November 12, 2023...... then 50 days max..... For information Pentecost --> June 12nd, 27 and so after 1996 years and 6 months 20 days later maximum ---> the Rapture of the Church ---> or 2000 years - approximately 3.5 years, obviously, so that the final countdown is started, ending on the evening of October 6, 2030 with the Return of the King of Kings JESUS CHRIST to Jerusalem on the Mount of Olives, to judge the world. It is our justification by the Grace of God through our Faith in the BLOOD shed by Christ on The Cross and then on the seat of Divine Mercy that saves us. Those who remain on earth will experience unimaginable horrors after the Rapture of the Church and will have to die for Jesus Christ Our God manifested in the flesh, 2030 years ago when he was born in the fall - 7 BC when the first autumn full moon during the festival of Sukkot/Tabernacles, on the night of September 25 to 26, - 7 BC or 14/15 Tishri. Thus, those who remain will have to carry their cross and then this will save them like the Saints who died in the arenas of Rome devoured by lions, because of THEIR FAITH IN THE BLOOD SPILLED BY CHRIST ON THE SEAT OF DIVINE MERCY, THE ARK OF THE COVENANT, IT IS THIS FAITH IN ATONEMENT BY THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST THAT WILL SAVE THEM. ----> only this METANOÏA will save you, thus by dying for CHRIST while refusing: the mark of the beast is the idolatry of the system which is currently installed before our eyes by the UN with the economy and among others COP 28 or other world organizations. Pantheism dubbed by the false prophet of the Vatican, for the religious and with its antichrist the ecologist little king Charlie 3. GOD BLESS YOU

I loved, loved, loved living in the UAE! The customer service was unprecedented. When I was there I met a single, divorced Emirati woman. She was considered poor. She had several maids and a nanny for each one of her children. She received a large amount monthly from her government and I believe some from her ex-husband. She had no needs and was living quite well. They really take care of their people. I love the culture there and plan on visiting again someday soon.
