Coming back from Japan, every car was in mint condition, even 20+ year old 'classics' like GT-R R32 and RX-7 FC. Japanese people take immaculate care of their stuff, bought some used ski gear for dirt cheap that could have passed as brand new. Weirdly, the most common foreign badge I saw was Mini too, followed by the Germans (Merc, BMW)

It really just depends on the car and the dealer. At Garage Defend we only carry top quality cars but some other dealers will sell lemons at cheap prices. Good cars can be found from auction to but you just have to know what you are looking at. Whenever you are ready I'd be happy to help!
