The red coating on the peanuts are very nutrious - they should have 2 versions of the peanut butter.. with and without the red coating

Didn't show how the nut is removed from the shell.
I’m gonna have to skip on the artisan peanut butter. Picking up the empty jars off that floor and the appearance of a very dirty work area was not appealing.

When I grind up peanuts for butter, all there is is peanuts and a little salt. If you find the result is runny, add some corn starch or corn meal to thicken it.
