Delightful. Catherine is wonderful. Her lovely voice and enthusiasm are infectious. She’d be a great host/presenter for TV programme on the history of her beautiful home. Dominic would be best left at home! 😊

That tour was amazing...a bit short to be honest...I could listen to her for hours....the architecture, the design, the history, the furniture, the colors, the gardens...everything was so enchanting...who wouldn't live there?...they should open the castle's doors to the public so ordinary people can enjoy this masterpiece 😊

I could watch a whole documentary on this castle provided it was hosted by Catherine.

I was in Monaco a few months ago in August, and my God the pretentious and ostentatious behavior going on all around me from there all the way to Saint Tropez was disturbing. The irony of it all was the highlight of my trip, in terms of the people I met. We’re a Russian family from France, descended from the White Russians who escaped The October Revolution in over a century ago. They were Russians unlike the Russians I have met in Russia let alone the oligarchs in Monaco and Eze. Class, modesty, humility, erudites, and extremely well-versed in almost everything. As a hopeless bibliophile, I was extremely thrilled and privileged to have met them.

People should not be so judgemental. It's not our business. Couples stay together for all sorts of reasons. She has just as much to lose if they separated.

A nod to all the wonderful Irish craftsmen and women who contributed to the building of this castle, its gardens, and its maintenence.

It's fascinating to see very old families, like hers, with castles like this, often it seems that the castle (or The Castle) comes to like an actual member of that family, in its own right. The Family that lives in it imbues it with a certain character... and then that Character is reflected in future generations of the family that grow up there.

I feel so blessed to live in this wonderful country. ❤️

Wow, the most beautiful interior paint I''ve ever seen. The colors are impossibly gorgeous. I was reminded of this AD tour because I recently watched Saltburn.

so true. ive been binge watching episodes of this sub tonight and these two are the best hosts by far and away. so funny and such good chemistry.

Of course, he's charming, but she is so incredibly interesting.

Came here for Dominic West and fell in love with Catherine Fitzgerald. Google their London home; it's timeless, vibrant and very family friendly. Although the West-Fitzgeralds say they didn't use a designer for the London remodel, Ms. Fitzgerald is really a stellar designer through and through, be it landscapes or interiors.

Simply magnificent castle! The history within these walls just takes your breath away. The many many many generations going back hundreds of years. I simply adore the view and everything about it. But I realize the enormous responsibility it has to be to pass it on the the next generations.

Until I saw this video, I didn't imagine that the inside of a castle can be so intimate, warm and full of history at the same time. Meanwhile, Dominic and Catherine form a wonderful couple who complement each other perfectly.

What a beautiful place to live. It would make a great destination for a trip. Where's Catherine's portrait? She's keeping everything going in the family tradition. She should have a portrait too.

I disagree. regardless that he is a cheater he is funny, I was thinking that before I start to read about him cheating on his wife. When a man has to live under the shadow of a long-dead Casanova in-law uncle, I guess he needs to try and outshine him.

I like all the colors of the walls and the walk through. Just lovely.

I felt as though I'd time travelled watching this delightful video. I cant imagine the responsibility of upkeeping for a property this big and historical. Admirable how they make it look easy.

Wow! this Glin castle/mansion looks quite stunning. So, I've now found the setting for my movie project, and with four movie scripts locked down already I'm getting mighty excited to lock down the finally three in my seven scripts. My movie project is based in Manhattan and Limerick. And it's a crime, damra, romance that's all about the vile Manhattaner, Rosslyn 45, and hunky guy about town, Jack 26. They're both Americans but Jack finds himself going to Glin, Limerick to find his missing sister, Maria, but not only does he find his sister after 11 years, he also fine's someone else in the stunning Glin village. The beautiful Limerick girl, Amy, and that's where his world chances forever. But with Jack always keeping an eye over his shoulder for the crazy Rosslyn he's in two minds whether to bring the stunning Amy back to Manhattan with him. Cos wherever the dangerous Rosslyn is there's always a threat to him and the people he loves. And there's only so many people that he can protect against vicious Rosslyn, she's not called the most dangerous female in US history by the FBI for nothing. Cheers.
