Another fantastic home you have bought us Patrick and Dominic. This is great value for the money. Absolutely love the cellar area, this really makes the home. I also have a two person sauna I use a few times a week, great for detoxing. My sauna however is a full spectrum infrared sauna, Dominic, sectionalisation is actually a recognised word. Great to see the Maro Brothers starting to do regular videos again, glad you have found more spectacular homes to tour for us. 👍

Hi 👋 we also agree, the basement (although It has windows and is bright) is epic and completes the house 🏡 Tell us, what's better: a traditional sauna or a infa red one ?

@@TheMarobrothers Personally I think the infrared sauna is better as the infrared waves penetrate nearly 50mm into the tissue. This picks up toxins from deeper down. Also lower temperatures are used to warm the bodies core helping the immune system. It is also easier to breathe in an infrared sauna. Having said that a traditional sauna is fantastic as well and gives a lot of health benefits.

One of the best houses I've seen. It looks perfect, not overdone, but still very well done. The only thing I don't like is the neighbors. It's not really a villa, it feels more like a terraced house

Love the look and the immediate cut after Dom let those sweets fall on the floor :D The house is stunning, except for the small green space. But I bet a lot of people won't mind that, and if they like to entertain than they couldn't want much more than what this house has to offer. Your presentation - superb as always (I'm running out of superlatives). On a side note, I saw a video of Dom as a sales director discussing La Reserva vs La Zagaleta! Just ran across it by chance. Was nice to see your early(ish) days. Now just have to hunt for some early videos from Patrick (that didn't sound creepy at all) :D

Phenomenal job as always and beautiful home! When you hit that heavy bag I am sure no one will mess with you anytime soon!😂 my favorite was the hidden movie theater entry that could also be used as a safe room! As a Los Angeles resident and Jamaican native, I now have to consider buying this home and spending more time there instead of just visiting! Good question ❓ we had the sliding doors open for the entire day as we shot and there where no insects that came in. Wouldn't be able to tell you why though 😆

Seaside locations tend to have fewer mosquitos etc. Also… golf courses tend to use weedkillers on their grass. No weeds and lots of maintenance discourages little critters… not necessarily good for wildlife but it does mean fewer bugs!

I have to say from the house to the host to all of it you have my subscription and I will follow this channel because I believe in one day I will get there and hopping if I don’t get this house I want something similar to that simple fall in love thanks for showing this amazing house and thanks for your tour and entertainment I really enjoyed and I agree with you guys I would take the butler room and just lived the whole time in the basement I got everything I need for a perfect life just need the office for the money maker but anything else I would spend most of my time in the basement
