Some great acting from Tennant here. When I first saw this, I genuinely wondered if this was the first time he saw the set, since his reaction was so enthusiastic.

Trust Donna to wreck the only old school TARDIS design I've seen in decades.

The Tardis must have been thinking: how many round things is too many? I’ll just use them all! Edit: one thing I wish was in this scene is when the Doctor is making Donna a cup of coffee, she should have quipped, “and hold the huon particles”, as a callback to “The Runaway Bride”.

I love Dr who but I’m a bit confused. Is this just an extra gift before the new Dr who season starts? Where can I watch all the Dr who specials that have been coming out when I live in the US?
