@@judithfisboin1125 I think Jason's clientele is young millionaires though. They don't want some stuffy dry person, they want to work with someone more laid back. Also for youtube viewers, it's nice to see someone with a sense of humor, almost like we're watching one of our friends give the tour.

Nice Brickell Penthouse, I like the fact that the master bedroom bed is facing the window, that will allow the owner to face the building light at night and the sea in the morning when he or she is laying down on the bed.

No elevator inside the apartment. I thought we had already established that taking the stairs is for commoners Jason!...
