I had no idea how much Lakewood ranch has expanded. My company put the model homes in Heritage Harbour in the late 90's. I wonder what the population comparison is from 1988 when I came, and today in sarasota manatee counties. Another great segment, you need a spot on a local news channel, thanks!

They are building 5 or 700 some odd apartments right in LWR high-schools zone, including Gullet and Dr Mona Jane. Where the hell are we going to stack all of these kids?

They had all this land, planned it out, and still built suburbia.

@@katrinreal The deal is they may be able to sell off that stuff or have a Fool take care of it. Then the home owners want it Sold too.The Villages may get sold and things Will Change there 😝. I don't care what the Deed or contract says with $$$ anything can be changed. I did stay in that yacht club years ago and had dinner there too. Nice short video and have a Nice(Fr.) Day.😁😁😁😁

@katrinp. Look into 15 Minute city's. Where you only have to drive 10-15 minutes for all your needs. Keeps you from leaving your area. All about control. Sounds crazy yet it's been a talking point for a yr or more. They make it sound wonderful until you discover the real reason.

@@katrinreal you haven't live there. I can't tell you the turn over in my small sub division. I saw it all, yes there are nice people everywhere where, but when it's so transient, people don't invest in roots.
