You can definitely feel how tired he is during the whole making, he really worked so hard to give us this wholesome performance. No wonder why every time I see him perform the choreography, I’m always left speechless cuz he takes the performance very seriously. I’m really proud of him.

Love how the members act according to each member's personality (which I perceive!): For Hoshi who likes if his members visit him on set, they visit him; For Jun who seems shy of attention (saw one clip where he danced for Holiday during concert when members joined him in the back n as soon as he realised it, he went to the back!), they just supported him frm back. For Seungkwan who was happy to have members for his live lesson n asked them to come, they joined him as Assistant Professors. Love this family :-)))))))))))))

I'm very amazed to all the hardwork behind the music video. Our composer(s), arranger, the one who mastered the music, dancers, choreographer, and all the directors, cameraman, the one who conceptualize the set, video editors, who color graded it, etc. The art in their souls is just fcking so good!!

hoshi's visuals are no joke

"Spider" is such a great song that is literally pure art! I always feel excited whenever I listen to it! Thank youu to Soonyoung and to all the people behind this that worked so hard for it!

The solos in a group of 13 people are necessarily, i think. Even the comments here, i see so many about Jeonghan, DK, Jihoon and the others and like, yeah, of course it’s adorable they came to support their friend, but like, the video is about Soonyoung? I think bts’ fandom has the same problem, in that in its desire to not forget anyone and stan all of them, which i agree with, they tend to forget its A Okay to sometimes only support this one person who worked really freaking hard on this project, like Jun or Hoshi or Hao. So the solos should help with letting their personalities and potential shine, whereas when they perform as SVT they try to be as homogeneous as possible.

"With 13 SEVENTEEN members performing on stage, I have to work together with the members and be on the same page." This is why Seventeen is a successful group and their synchronization is lit. They don't do their best to outdo others but work together and hold back to meet halfway with the other members. They think as a group not as individual performer who needs to do well on stage leaving the others behind. They make sure that all of them have the spotlight ♥ Seventeen best boys!

Honestly, Spider is the one that brought me to become a baby Carat, although I already heard and watched some of Seventeen songs/performances before, Spider brings something new that I had never seen before, especially the whole choreography. I am forever blessed to be a Carat and thankful for the hard-working Hoshi, Woozi who co-produced this song, and all the staff that worked hard for Spider (producer, choreographer, dancers, etc.). Spider would always remind as the most memorable ones to me as a Carat.

I love when we get to see this more insightful side of Soonyoung. I think he feels this pressure when he is with the others to be the life of the party, and they tend to not react at all or even laugh at him when he’s being this serious while with them, but i adore the rare moments when he is alone and being able to talk more seriously. I love getting to hear his thought process. Even carats tend to call him an idiot, or strange, quite often, and that never sat well with me. Soonyoung is incredibly smart and REALLY good at reading emotions and situations. His situational and social awareness is amazing, and he can adapt to most things incredibly fast.

Of course the people who call Hoshi idiot are not serious. Carats know that. Fans have seen his creative mind since pre-debut, and are very proud of him for having a big role in svt. He is strange but in a good way. No one does have a strange confidence like Hoshi in svt. Hoshi is aware of that himself.

@@seraphywang4638 and they are! Members were once asked, what is the most challenging part in a performance, and they said it's after they perform, when Hoshi checks the performance on the monitor and calls them out when something isn't done right. Hoshi's review terrifies them.
