Great stuff, we love it there ....would like to hear some thoughts & opinions on the potential negatives of living in NP/SP minus the cost we know all about that 2-1 starting at 1 million oof. But thats all the space we need.

Had a house in University Heights in the 2000’s when you “only wanted to live north of Adams”. Wow has that section of “the metro” area changed! And the Lafayette’s transformation is incredible. Looks like Red Fox was moved across the street. SD was considered “sleepy” then - no longer. And I still miss Bronx pizza!
