I would love a video about the Scales expansion to Sam Donald Rd. I realize there are no homes yet, but it will create a path from Sam Donald to Clovercroft. I am curious how this will impact that neighborhood. Thank you for your videos!

I will def do a video on that development! I don't know that it's honestly going to create much traffic since jumping over to Sam Donald won't do much for commutes except possibly if you have to go to a school that direction. Plus the detour is substantial to get through Scales to this area that I'm not sure it would be worth it over taking Pleasant Hill. Just my guessing though not a traffic study :)
