Hi I’m Aurikatariina and I deep clean my followers' homes for free! ❤️
Welcome to part two of our cleaning journey in the fanciest apartment ever! As we reminisce about last week's accomplishments, we successfully tackled the living room and bedroom, leaving them spotless and refreshed. But today, we're eager to pick up where we left off, diving back into the kitchen!
After putting in dedicated effort to make the kitchen sparkle, it's time for the grand reveal of the loveliest bathroom you could ever imagine!
As we dive into cleaning the bathroom, we are met with the challenge of restoring its pristine condition. With each wipe and scrub, we gradually witness the transformation, unveiling the sheer magnificence of this space.
Immersed in this cleaning task, we find ourselves dreaming of having the privilege to care for a sink like this every day, as it brings a sense of fulfillment and joy to our hearts. The satisfaction of witnessing the bathroom's revival and the newfound sparkle in the sink makes us wish for the opportunity to experience this enchanting chore for the rest of our days.
Bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, living room cleaning, Organizing, deep cleaning, Washing, before and after pictures, satisfying results.

Thank you for your weekly videos. My mother and I have had severe depression and general/social anxiety since before 2019. Unfortunately, my depression worsened at the end of March when my mother/best friend died in my arms. There has been very little that I look forward to but for your videos. Hearing how excited you get for "trashes" and your squeegee makes it easier for me to get through the week. Mom also loved watching and listening to you. Due to our mental health, we found it hard to take out the bagged trash, so it started to pile up. After one of your past videos, I found the strength to tell our landlord about it. He has been very kind and understanding even going so far as to offer helping to haul the larger/awkward items for us. Thank you, Auri, you have made it easier for me to move forward. One day I hope to come to Finland and tell all the Finnish youtuber's just how much their kindness has meant to me, and mom before she passed. Much love from Oregon, USA.

Tip for every pet owner who is struggling with depression: instead of regular plates you can use disposable paper plates. I understand how it is to not be able to do the dishes but remember that you can make your pet sick with any leftovers on dirty dishes ❤️

Not really a tip, that just encourages depressed people to wallow in their depression. Instead of wasting money on paper plates every week its better to go to therapy, that way you don't need to waste money, harm themselves or their pets🙂

@@almxndmilk4219 its not always just that easy though. While paper plates isnt a permanent solution at all, it's still better than risking your pets health on a day to day basis until you can handle it better. Ive been in and out of therapy for over 10 years with different issues, and i still struggle to do dishes every single day. Usually the only thing i actually wash daily is my cats food bowl, but sometimes i have to ask for help to do even that. Going to therapy isnt a one fix wonder overnight, and if you need to rely on disposable objects for a time thats better than to Literally wallow in depression and garbage. It wont cure you but it will keep you and your pet a bit safer until you can find another solution. I put dirty plates in the oven to keep my cat from getting to them until i can get around to washing them. A good solution? no, but sometimes we just have to work around what we got

  • @blueskymoments

    @blueskymoments

@almxndmilk4219 this was meant as a temporary, empathetic solution as therapy usually takes time. While therapy and recovery is obviously the ultimate goal, it still is a journey. The original comment is practical for the moment; a current situation, and is good advice. Often times those with depression have to pick and choose what they can do each day from a very reduced and limited energy pool, so having less to worry about helps immensely, especially small changes that can improve health for someone and their pets.

She has the money and while her appartment is cleaned now by Auri, the woman won't feel embarrassed to hire a cleaning company. I don't know but I would never risk falling into the bad habits again. If you've lived like that, all it takes is just one more crisis for you to go down that spiral again and stop caring about your home. So PLEASE use your money wisely and contact a cleaning company to get help ones a week! For yourself and your cats! Don't risk falling down that hole again...

I want to thank you so much. I’ve never told anyone but I’ve struggled for number of years. My house gets seriously messy, I won’t clean for months on end, I won’t take the rubbish out for a few weeks, I don’t vac for months, etc. It’s never quite as bad as these homes, but watching these videos I can see similarities in things I do and what the people you’re cleaning for have done. And I watch it all with horrified fascination and don’t think about what I do. I’m quite good at papering over the cracks, as in, if I have to have someone over I’ll clean. But it’s not properly clean I just made the ‘public areas’ clean, and I spend my entire time on edge that someone’s going to open a door or a cupboard and see the truth. But watching you do such a thorough job, and seeing properly the similarities between me and them, I’m actually cleaning everything properly. It’ll be a long process, and I’m not ready to ask for help from friends or family yet, but I’ve started. So thank you for these wonderful videos. You helped someone else out today.

I am so pleased that Helen has hope again. Dealing with your family's estate is so hard: the emotional toll is huge. If they were hoarders too, then the grief and pain is multiplied by the mass of their belongings. Helen's comment about her grandparents and their attitude to waste really struck home, and I'm sure it will for many others. I had to un-learn hoarding after picking it up from my father, who learned it from his mother. His childhood home was not so very poor, but my grandmother had to be careful with money and resources. "It might come in handy", coupled with executive disfunction, you can easily build up hoardes of pretty worthless stuff which get in the way of your life. Best wishes to you, your team and your client.

What an incredible transformation. I have so much appreciation for the help you bring to these people. ❤ My mother is in a similar situation to this lady. My Dad has a brain injury so he can't help in the house and Mum is also mourning a brother who died in December. To deal with stress and sadness, my Mum buys so many things. More blankets, towel, clothes and shoes than a whole family could wear in a lifetime! She also worries about not having necessities. It makes for a very cluttered and stressful home. I am home for a month and I'm slowly helping her to sort through things she really needs, things to donate and things to throw away. It is a VERY slow process because she becomes overly anxious when she thinks I will throw something precious away. I show her everything and we work through it, but it is very hard. Once we clear space in the house, THEN we can clean properly 😅

What an amazing work, always the best!!! But I can't really understand why people who have so beautiful houses just leave them in this awful condition. Thank god that you Auri can clean them and look a beautiful house again 💯💯👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Depression. Depression lies. It causes your brain to process things differently. Like she said at the end, the owner never thought of her house as beautiful. If she did, depression may have told her she didn’t deserve beautiful things. It may have told her that she didn’t have what it takes to keep it clean. It definitely hid from her how bad things really were. Depression lies to you.

I know, right? 😅 I spent a good 2/3 hours the other day just cleaning my stove hood and fan. And accidentally took some of the paint off with the cleaner I used🤦‍♀️[It was Krud Kutter, in case anyone's curious. It is wonderful for grease but use with caution on painted surfaces.]

Auri, could you actually be the Marie Kondo of cleaning? Because you present supposedly annoying tasks in a new light: those can actually be joyful. Marie also says "I love mess!", like the way you get excited about dirt ;) And yes, this inspires me too. Lots of love from Germany ❤

I can sympathize with Helena. Before my mother passed she gave me boxes of stuff because she said she knew I would take care of it and not throw it away. 20 years later and I am still struggling to get rid of things that are worn out or broken because I can hear her voice in my head telling me not to throw it away. Yes I have been thru therapy but it still feels like I am carrying a mountain around. I get thru one box at a time but it is still progress.

That is quite the burden to be carrying around for decades. It's easy for some outsider (and not for me) to tell you to get over it, toss the stuff, and get on with your life. Suffering is a choice, though, and you might gain perspective by figuring out what is more distressing: Carrying that mountain, or keeping the stuff you like and getting rid of the stuff that has no meaning beyond the guilt inflicted by someone who may not have meant to have created such a problem for you. I wish you well.

@@GuyWithTheDogs Thank you! I know my mother didn't mean to burden me, but she was taught to take care of "heirlooms" no matter how useless they were. When she passed, we were not on the best of terms and I still feel guilty that we never got past that.

We haven't had a war that had an impact on our country in over 75 years, but I still feel like we will lose access to food, water, and the basic necessities. I love what you're doing because you're not judgemental of people - you sincerely want to help and you do. (I love when there is such a before-and-after effect - it's what makes me like learning - sometimes.) It's nice to feel that what you do makes a difference - and what you do, makes a difference in the lives of so many people, including the ones you inspire.

If you are a hoarder, and you don't want to change - Helena is dealing with her parent's stuff they didn't deal with. I am the same. My house is extremely full and I have been sorting and selling my mum's stuff for 18 years now. It's extremely draining and depressing. Please don't do this to your kids. My house is not this dirty but it's not a home either.
