I'm so glad that someone saw the absolute beauty of this home and decided to step in to save it! I learned about it on BrosofDecay and This House channels and I thought what a shame it was first to see it chopped up into classrooms and the ballroom being a chapel and second to see America lose a piece of its architectural history.
This is fantastic. It will be a tourist site for sure.
Thanks for The Best News Soo Happy this will be saved and people will be able to enjoy the house and property Please put more information out and where we can donate money to for restoration
Love this coverage!!. So glad to see the media taking notice!. Bravo! Channel 3!. ❣️ from Michigan!.
So excited for this renovation!!!
We lived on Cheltenham Ave. on the Philadelphia side. If you went straight out our front door, you would see the Widner Estate. It's Grander than the White House.
Once finished, it should be a beauty.
I grew up and still live about 10 mins from this place. Every time I drove past this place I was in awe. My wife and I sneak in there all of the time just to admire this work of art. As a matter a fact we snuck in again for the millionth time last month.
There is a video on KZread from the proper people that have already videoed the interior
I would love to check the ground of this
The originals owners are rolling in their graves 😂
That woman REALLY needs to re-think her belt.
