i think mansa should have a value for money section, for a guy earning untaxed 100K pm you have to work for at least 60 years to buy this and that is 1% of kenyan population .🤒

I also agree with houses above 30M should have a dishwasher properly fixed

I have been avoiding putting the prices in dollars since the Kenyan shilling is in a free fall and thus the prices would have to be changed on a daily. But once it stabilizes, I will do that. It’s something affecting a lot of developers and investors at the moment.

When I am watching something, I want to be able to obtain the most important information to make my decision. I am a young entrepreneur in fintech and real estate. and I am watching all of the best videos in Kenya, and you are becoming one of the top 5 informative videos. I would advise adding more information about the parking space, which is also very important; the outside of the building; the neighborhood; this would give a total vision; and how far the city center and public transport are, et cetera. Take it as my advice. Have a great day.

Still encroaching, developers are becoming ridiculous. If other developers do the same in Peponi those views won't be there. All these greed need to stop. Wangari Mathaai Road, Peponi Road, Kilimani are being encroached so badly. If Kenyans don't speak against these absurdity those areas will become like Eastleigh. We can do better.

Lemme just start off by saying I've been binging this show since I discovered your channel 3days ago 💃🏾🎉 That apartment is quite spacious, colour me impressed 👌🏾 🔥 I do however think they fell short on the layout of the kitchen, the fridge placement felt like an after thought so it's eating too much into the dining area, and the door in the laundry area leading to the hallway? Big no, I'd definitely put a wall, it wasn't necessary. And the placement of the primary room?... last thing you need is for your guests to be watching the telly and then catch a glimpse of you dressing up, it should've been hidden at the far end where the other rooms are, it feels a bit too exposed right there next to the living room... other than that I love the house, the views my oh my 😘🤌

You have some good points,let me add that the primary door is where it is because they wanted it to enjoy the Karura views which is the whole selling point, it wouldn’t have if it was on the other side, so I think it is a compromise they had to make. As for that laundry door leading to the corridor, that’s for your staff. Very necessary. Thank you so much for being here, we really appreciate you.

this is the most planned out apartments have seen in Kenya, the bathroom spaces and kitchen needs some modernization for ultimate utility, underneath the bathroom sinks could use storage cabinets otherwise its wasted spaces but oh man I need one of this, I see a lot of home designs in Kenya, the outside looks awesome but inside you find spaces that you cannot really utilize and leaves you wandering why they are there, this one goes above and beyond.

Have developers slowly started encroaching on Karura forest? This is something that we need to monitor very closely otherwise things might get out of hand before we notice it! Just like the new Nairobi expressway exit into CBD has been built right through Uhuru park 😢 and nobody is complaining about it!

😂😂 wangari mathia turning in her clay pot. 70M, not worth it, but the views are good, the house is basic like the normal kilimani/kileleshwa designs. Kenyan home market is a bit exaggerated. You can get a similar house, ocean view in Tanzania for 30M (very similar). Same in SA, and Ghana. Whoever did the floors, and doors, did a great job, kitchen cabinets a bit wanting. My biggest fear is the forest. Trees come with bugs and dust.

Wangari ako tu sawa, bora watu wasiingie msitu. The forest is actually the whole reason why the apartment is valuable, if you take it away, it’s just another apartment anywhere else in the world. But as it is, the view is million dollar worth. The interior definitely needs a good interior designer to work on it.
