I actually like the tinted windows. For me it brings out the exterior theme so well while assuring privacy during the day. I’m doing similar tinted windows on my project.

This is a really nice well done property the architectural design is good no wasted spaces the other things like colors can be changed the only down side for this property is outdoor space is a bit small but again the roof top is there so this is a house i would recommend strongly . about the sink i think it is a good think i love it.

You can create a proper powder room where by, the sink is separated from the clock room… but it boils down to personal tastes and preferences
