What I really like about Gordon is that despite his yelling and harsh nature, he seems to genuinely care about helping others be successful in all the shows he does.

Of course. Here in Europe we know it's just a character he plays for drama seeking US producers & public. He's a wonderful, generous, warm guy - which indeed shines through in his food. It also shines through in the great series Gordon Behind Bars, that you can find here on KZread (all 4 episodes) - highly recommended!

That’s not anger people see, it’s passion.

He’s the sweetest teddy bear that’s a little rough around the edges. He has passion for food, for what he does and he loves his family so hard. He has had my respect for ages.

My dad was 60 when he had me. he was a workaholic and was worried he wouldn't make it to my school graduation. He saw me married with 3 degrees. I am in my 40s now with kids and I feel that my father came from a different generation because I have a greater understanding and appreciation for world arts, classical music, ballet, reading and old school manners.

Since I watched Kitchen nightmares I became addicted to watch it. And I love Gordon Ramsey. God bless him and his family.

The level of reapect I have for Gordon, the way he saw his Mum & Dad raise him and then go on to be the amazing kind, loving and caring Father/Chef/Husband is truly admirable. ❤❤

He is real about everything and you have got to respect that. Gordon is so sweet with his kids. I am sure he can be strict at times but a softy at ♥️

Man id love to break bread with the man. Always seems like a genuine good dude. Thank you Chef for a lot of great memories!

I’ve always liked Gordon Ramsey but I think this clip is the best at showing who the man really is. I so enjoyed this. He is not the screaming, cursing and rude guy you see on his shows. Yes, he can be, because that’s what everyone wants to see…it sells! Of course he can be tough, you don’t get where he is by being a marshmallow.

Love Gordon. I know he’s a big softie and a lot of the yelling is for TV. Little Oscar is so adorable and looks like Gordon.

I am so happy kitchen nightmares is back!❤ I have big respect for Gordon. A person I would love to meet someday.

What a cool and candid interview with Gordon Ramsay. He does appear to be a big softy and I think a lot of what is portrayed in his TV shows are for effect, drama and shock factor (which always helps with viewership numbers) Rock on Gordon. I'm a big fan :)

He is harsh in the kitchen with professionals but is a big teddy bear when dealing with kids especially sick children. He seems like a thoroughly nice kind bloke quite apart from being an amazing chef. ❤

NO NEPO babies in his household. Gordon and Tana have done a great job in raising normal kids, despite his fame.

Listening to him talk about his family is amazing

If I could meet one person in the celebrity world…it would be him. I’d love to watch him cook.♥️

I spent years as a restaurant manager but have said time and time again WAHT an honor it would be to manage one of his restaurants. The standards he has would make it the BEST job ever!! I would love to meet this man. Great guy for real!!

This man is an inspiration to me brilliant and so humble and down to earth despite his success true example of hardwork and staying true to yourself. Respect to that.

The Word is that he is a really nice person off camera. I can see that from this interview.

Love his positive outlook...even though he is rough around the edges..he is a good role model for success..

Everyone knows he's a softie 😂 More seriously, when he started the prison food company, he was all we've seen before. Strong, caring, no BS, wanting to give 2nd chances, and caring for the prisoners' families. I just love him.

Beneath that rough, angry Scotsman exterior. Is a nice, caring cool dude and a good dad. I feel like Gordon gets a bad wrap with how he is on his shows or when he's in his restaurants. But I think he gets so angry bc he really does care - about the food being good and the people involved in making it and serving it. You can see that a lot not only in the shows he has - but even the videos he's done cooking with his kids. :)

That's a great interview! I had a hard time getting into Hell's Kitchen, one, because I don't watch Fox often and there was probably something on a competing network that I was into, and I always worked 2nd shift so prime-time tv was at a minimal for me. Two it gave me a little anxiety lol. I loved the show with him cooking at home, I don't know the name of it and only saw it on utube, it gave an inside look at his home life and showing how to cook a great dish, it's very enjoyable to watch and also see his kids pop in here and there. Kitchen Nightmare is cool because he's trying to help the proprietors be successful, and Next Level Chef is awesome. It's really neat to have seen his children grow up. I think Gordon is great!

Blessed kids I would love to lean from Gordon. My fondest memory as a child would be sitting and watching my Mom cook for hours. Only reasently have I found my love for cooking and I spend why too much watching cooking channel. My favorite chef difficult I love the why Marco explains which Gordon has also picked up. Keep it up love watching Gordon cook.

If you want to bring back a great show the one with the children competing against an adult chef was great the Masterchef jr. was great. An enjoyable show. They behave much better than adults.
