The king is back in California. 🙌 I think Mikey nailed it when he said it reminds him of Europe. I only thought about Italy houses when I watched this tour. And even thought it is a narrow building, the house looks amazing. Almost the same design of a house my grandfather built with his own hands in Brazil. Loved it.

Places with so-called Mediterranean climates also tend to give off the same vibe. Southern France/Spain, parts of Italy, Florida or Mexico tend to have an interchangeable look. But is any area in the world not going to have problems with flying insects - such as moths/flies - taking advantage of open sliding glass doors?
FINALLY a home with CHARACTER...!! None of the straight line minimalist crud of "modern" design.....👌
Man I know my parents would love this house. I wish I could be able to buy them a house like this in the future 🙏🏼❤

Problem is this is in the direct path of a tsunami. I guess you're safe on the 2nd floor but your kitchen and cars would be destroyed and you might be without food or power for a few days.
Okay, so needless to say, the home itself is awesome. But the floors (wood and concrete tiles) along with the eclectic furnishings REALLY put this home into an entirely unique place. WOW!

This home is so unique with all the different textures, colors, furnishings, use of materials, design just everything. I love all the different colors in the flooring, furniture, walls ect... it is pretty amazing to say the least. Hat's off to everyone who brought this home to life. To Enus an his crew ya'll did a fabulous job showcasing this home an pointing out details. Hat's off to ya'll to.

I am more than a bit awestruck at the ability to make such a huge house on a tiny lot? A family of five can almost escape from each other for as long as they wish. The design and layout is quite genius. Having a functional kitchen island that one can make pizza dough for the pizza oven is so well thought out. The subtlety of the street entrance doesn't invite unwanted visitors and note the cameras on the property for added front door security. Stairways are wide enough to put any piece of furniture in any part of the house. It;s really great to see an architect who puts the client's needs ahead of their personal vision.

I enjoy the diversity of locations around the world but am happy to see a return to some more California RE. I personally would welcome more content coming from Santa Monica (and also Palisades, Venice, etc.). This house was indeed a unique vibe, and I enjoyed every minute of this tour. I enjoy the darker wood tones and Mediterranean styling of this house! This place feels very homey and cozy for a large home and that's reflected in all of the unique furniture.
Really digging the vibes of this house!!! Even though it's quite sizable, it still feels cozy. The vibes make you feel like you're in Hawaii or some other tropical region :) I could definitely see myself living here, my husband and I would be in the hot tub daily lol. ♥

@@XXX-iz2kp I suspect you're depressed or not disciplined... That's the kind of people who "don't have the time" or initiative to do nice things like those you mentioned (that even though nice, require discipline & lack of addictions like internet, games, etc.)
This house is incredible. I didn't know how I would feel about it at first, but I'm completely sold on it, and would buy it if I could. Damn near a masterpiece. Cozy, could actually raise a family in it, without everyone being super isolated.

I love this house so much. It's like the perfect mix of antique and modern. All the textures and colors and overall aesthetic is great. Would definitely buy if I could afford it lol

Beautiful home with a gorgeous interior. Some parts looked very New England and other parts very French, and none of it looked mid-century modern, which is just fine by me. Not everyone may know the craftsmanship involved with building an entire kitchen with inset doors and drawers. The precision involved in that is incredible. Great tour!

Love when Enes is in LA, Miami, and New York they seem to have the best homes in the US! Enes there are some stunning properties in Seattle as well! High rises and water front homes that would be a cool switch up, Seattle's real estate is incredibly slept on! Great content as usual the Enes and Mikey 1-2 punch 👊 👏
It's not often you see properties with so many different elevations, but this property does it so well. The styling and quirkiness of the property sets it apart from the rest. Hats off to the developer, they have done an amazing property
This property is lovely. I especially love the fact that it is cozy and that you have direct access to the beach. The beach is literally on your doorstep. Love those beach views directly from the master bedroom. This is fantastic. Loved this tour Enes Thank you 🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤

Like how every bathroom is different as well as each room, brings a unique character.
Normally I don’t like houses like this, but I did like this one. To be the close to beach, is AWESOME!!! I LOVE that steam room, and I wish it was in the master. I LOVE that sink in the other master and the bathroom in the lower floor, but over all, the house has a Warm and HOMEY feeling. Thank you and Mikey for bringing this home to LIFE!!!😍😍😍😍😍

Definitely a yacht on land! You both mentioned similarities and European feel at the beginning. That backyard shot was amazing. I really love this house and as someone that collects things from all over this speaks to me.
Enes the evolution of your lingo for both yachts and houses is phenomenal. The effort you put in really shows, each video is better than the last, Mikey wonderful editing mate. Enes’ look fits the house very well it’s almost like a Latino celebrity doing a vogue “welcome to my Spanish style home, tour” 😅.
this house is something special, the flow of the space along with the merticulas interior design puts this on my top 5 list of the properties you have toured. Great content as ever team Enes!
This house was very aesthetically pleasing to my particular tastes, and the Tiger Eye gemstone slabs are some of the most amazing material I've ever seen.

I have been waiting for this video since Enes post a sneak peek on IG a month ago! I am so in love with this house - so much characters and homey feeling. Same feeling with the other Santa Monica's house you toured a year ago. I'm making list of what I love abt this house and will use it as inspirations for my future home. Awesome videos as usual!
The piece of furniture in the dining room is not a dresser. It is called a sideboard. Alternatively it can be called a buffet cabinet. I love the reclaimed wood pieces and tilted bookcase. That kitchen sink would make a great children’s bathtub as well

this hispanic styled building with the mixture of brick walls, wooden and tiled floor (i love the tiles in the kitchen, they are fantastic) and its open long room concept in addition to the well hidden green backyard which is extreme long too... it is marvelous! yes it is a rather narrow place... but who cares when it feels extreme spacious and suuuuuper cozy! 12:33 - i would guess you got this feeling of a European home by the big wardrobe covering a whole side of the room.
Judging by the number of padded rooms in that place, it seems to prove that you have to be nuts to pay a price tag like that for this sliver of a property on tour (despite how well done Enes and crew execute their show, as per usual).
These houses are so intriguing. You never know from the street what it's gonna contain. This was in the top 10 for me. Please do some more of these beach front mystery houses with unique doors. I've driven past and always wondered.
