Looks like the majority of commenters agree the house was over priced mostly driven by the cheap materials used to upgrade. According to the realtor the house is under contract which isn't surprising, however, he steers clear of addressing whether the already reduced asking price was met. Something tells me it was not.

​@Fake_Bank_Statement_Vendor for St Pete beach it's worth it. If I had the money I would probably get much of the work and go high end renovations.

Before buying Florida waterfront property research flood insurance and if you can get it. If your wealthy enough to pay cash and self insure then no problem but if you're required to have flood insurance then this might be cost prohibitive.

I'm not one to comment sorry to say but with this one Josh I couldn't hold back. This is an amazing home. I like it so much I saved it to watch again later and to send it to my family to aww over it. All the best to the owner when he sells it and congratulations to the new buyer. What a dream.

Vinal floors cheezy lighting just a boat dock maybe high 7s or low 8s but definitely not over a million especially in this economy
