It is too expensive, too modern and too minimalist for me but I absolutely love it. In my head I am living there, putting stuff in the cupboards and on the shelves. I love it when you show houses that are a bit unusual, that make me think and reassess my taste and idea of what is beautiful. I totally agree with what Mikey said, this house is the perfect balance between elegance and comfort. One of the few, if not the only house I felt like I was living in. Simply perfect. Super cozy and the soundtrack you chose was incredible, it conveyed a lot of emotion, something I had never felt in other videos. Congrats for the espetacular job! You are amazing. Enes looks like a University Professor with glasses on, I love it! I love the kitchen in this mansion because it feels like an art gallery, not a kitchen! One of the best houses you've toured, better than those expensive and tacky mega mansions. It's so simple yet so stylish, the colors, textures, shapes and attention to detail, is incredible! The price seems cheap for this house tbh. Great job as always you guys. Happy Holidays!

That primary bath is probably my favourite part of the house. love the textures, colours & the materials used in this home. a solid 9/10 from me.

Great tour, this home stands above some of the larger homes you tour. The design details and proportions have hit the sweet spot. Beautiful home. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Enis and Mikey. Now, regarding this property. It's simplistic and modern look is surprisingly tranquil and calming all throughout the house. I was surprised at my reaction to every detail as you were pointing them out. I could easily live there and not worry about the outside world one bit...until I had to venture out in it. Beverly Hills was a common stomping ground of mine when I was a child so I personally know the charm and elegance of that area. Super cool tour. Thanks for bringing it to us.

This very intricately detailed home gives a very mellow, classy/ elegant James Bond vibe. The attention to detail is phenomenal and everything is cohesive not too feminine not to masculine. Warm, inviting and minimal. Even being on the smaller side the space is well used. Loving the videos as always. Merry Christmas & Happy new year! I saw the 2 year date on one of the videos I absolutely love and couldn’t believe I’ve been watching for so long🤯. Every video is a gem, you have opened up my mind to some spectacular architecture designs & interior decorating concepts and I thank you.

Very zen and tranquil. This property has a real calmness to it and the moment you walk through the front door and close it behind you, you really are closing off the stress and hustle and bustle of the outside world. It feels like a very comforting and protective cocoon of zen.

There are a number of KZreadrs who can walk around being amazed at enormous homes and ridiculous amenities, and I wish you guys focused more on homes like this than those. The two of you have a way of showcasing a home as though revealing it - it feels like we're discovering something together. I'll keep tuning in for properties like this!

I can't imagine how much homework you've to do before touring the individual properties & present them in your unique way doing justice to all the facts & insights. At 17:10 that handheld resembles a stethoscope & hi-five to you for your critical thinking at 19:30, for pointing out the bevel architectural design with the light socket, superb job. That taper of the home and some elements of the home is called a bevel. This term is often used in the art world when matting photos or drawings in a frame. you bevel the edges of the mat board for a sleek design. Its very cool that the house is named bevel as well. Happy Holidays!

The handheld in the Primary Bathroom looks like a Stethoscope to me. I really love the details in this house. far to many details to mention for sure, I noticed so many tiny details that had to be painstakingly made so well. Great house for sure!

Would love to stay here for a spa retreat. Its a prime location for that sort of thing, the bath is probably my favorite part. Having a sky light with natural air flow as an option would be amazing. Living here would be amazing, but even just staying for a while air bnb style would be acceptable. This is easily my favorite home you've toured to date.

Awesome home and tour once again! I will say I love that you have your video playing on the TV/Screening room during your tour. You just need to play that clip on a TV on another tour so that way we have an Enes’ Tour within an Enes’ Tour within an Enes’ Tour!

In general, I don't like to stay by myself, alone with my thoughts and feelings, rather I shut myself down. But this house makes me want to just sit one of thouse couchs in the living room in front of the fireplace, or lay on that grass OR have a cup of coffee on that balcony, basiccaly just BE THERE! That specific design makes me feel like I can find my center there. And that's why I need (!!) this house so bad. Thank you Enes for choosing such a space like this beauty. And all the team behind! This home drips Beverly hills luxury. exquisitely done without being gaudy or ostentatious. the only thing out of place is the suede Tesla which should be banished to Hollywood. there are only 2 vehicles for Beverly hills, range rover for all things family utility and Rolls Royce because you are not in LA, you are from BEVERLY HILLS.

Gorgeous! I'm with Mikey, this is one I could actually see living in, unlike many of the insane $40M+ places that seem to have become your mainstay the last year or two. Would love to see a few more in the $5-15M range. That said, keep up the great work! :)

Its 2023 and this house reflects the times. I love how it is so modern and livable at the same time. Also, my first time on this channel. The host has an amazing personality, like an empath with great , healthy boundaries. This is what luxury is about making everyone feel included. And the host has these great presentation skills that make one feel respected . This channel will prosper, no questions about it. Blessings. Thank you for the presentation.

I really loved this house. Especially all the marble areas. I really fell in love with that particular marble when you toured that $32mil modern mansion in Beverly Hills. It was a Branden Williams listing & that marble was in the kitchen, master bathroom & closet. Anyway this house is spectacular. There are only a couple of changes I would make, which are the walls in the powder bathrooms. It looks & feels really cool, but from a hygienic standpoint it is never good to put fabric on walls or carpets on the floors of bathrooms & kitchens. No matter how clean you are or how immaculate you keep your home, it's a breeding ground for germs. Other than that, this tour & home was fabulous. Thanks again Enes & Mikey for a lovely video

awesome fusion of modernism and 60s style, the interior design team did a great job here. that red velvet wallpaper is out of this world, really great ideas all over the property.

This house is not the most expensive but an authentic process from the developers mind and hart. It’s warm and built with a lot of care. The house will continue to age with style and elegance, just love it! Thanks Enes for this visit!
