so many hate comments. but Ryan is really really good at storytelling, he has really grown a lot, not just stagnated like most people after they reach success.

For that price, the 8’ ceilings would be a big turn off.

No way would I live in New York, but Ryan's got me hyped about this spot.

Another fail! Do no...repeat DO NOT compare this to a European homely feel. There's NO selling this to us! The "garage" is ridiculous and will always be blocked! There's no views, the "private" garden has at least 50 windows staring into it from above! Its cold and impossible to heat it adequately! And the entrance is like an office!

Seeing Ryan Serhant do his job is great. He is able to tell you the details of the townhouse in such a way that you create a whole story in your own head. The idea with the BMW i7 is also very creative. Really nice townhouse.

Talk about mastering your craft! I’m more impressed with the presentation that Ryan did showing this house than I am the said house! Not that the house isn’t great, it definitely is but after watching MDLNY from day I love seeing how far he has come. Not just professionally either. He is winning life and I love that for he and his whole family!

Nice house but certainly not very well presented. The cameraman is so in love with Ryan that he focuses on him instead of showing us the house. For example, Ryan will say: "Look at this marvelous staircase...", but the camera will never show us the staircase. Instead, the cameraman will focus on Ryan.

Hi Ryan greetings from Thailand what sort of air is amazing air is it something special to new York we only have ordinary air here 😂😂

I think the decor in the large room which looks like a fancy hotel room could have had white instead of that wood, based on the flooring as well as the television should be in front of the couch how would one watch that tv. As well as the space is very narrow but long it is beautiful nonetheless. The shower isn’t ideal either as one would have to hold it in order to shower. Expensive materials made to look very fancy I just feel could have been done a little better. Nearly 20 million dollars hmmm…. Showing the inside of the closets was something I was hoping to see. Wasn’t blown away.

Every BMW which is sold to the US, I don't have to look at here in Munich.
