So after building this huge wedding cake of a house they include really narrow corridors and small front door , I don’t think an architect was involved in this monstrous house

They should have created apartment units and sell them as such. Would make more more money too. Otherwise, too much to maintain and for utilities, etc. for one home. The master suite, views and balconies are stunning. Everything else is overdone and too much. The presenter though did an awesome job with this showing.

Looking at the video the house is actually really nice and spacious, however, outside has no curb appeal. For a Portland house, guys you should never, ever forget nature as it is the backbone of our existence. Beautiful house, now go fix the outside, haven't seen not one green area.

I too watch toll brothers properties and find out how fancy they are, but in truth a lot of those products that they use in their builds are unavailable here in Jamaica and to source them would probably be expensive.we can look forward to those designs maybe in another 5yrs are so when they are made available in the island.

Interior is nice and the views are exceptional, but it stops there. Exterior design is gaudy and looks like it ran amok….The landscape is nightmarish, a massive, weather-beaten slab of concrete around the house along with an unkempt yard. Great job as usual Property Viewers.

I do agree with your comments about the landscape. If nothing else, the yard should have been repurposed to all grass. Maybe its current appearance was a cost-cutting measure.

Please call the landscapers now, can't be concrete jungle in one of the greenest parish. Someone forgot to remove the cement. The house is beautiful and the Presenter is good

The concrete pavement is a total reject for that beautiful building. Landscaping with beautiful plants not some concretes!!

This is an absolute folly. Squandered resources.
The colours are too exciting for this beautiful place... It's looks like a big yellow house on a piece of land.. I can imagine the amount electricity this cost with all those bright colours, makes the place dark.. Interior design aweful, exterior terrible. The stairs is too much..even the presenter is getting breathless.

This works best for vacation rental but its way too big for single owner and the yard is unmanageable.
I would buy this and knock this entire house down and build a more modern/Mediterranean style villa. This mistake is fuggly .

Who builds a bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles? One of the bathrooms looks like one u would see at a train station rest room
People need to stop using chemical weed killer which poisons everything and pick up a machete, the burned out grass and weeds look terrible especially knowing why they look like that. Nice view down to Port Antonio though. Is the road leading up to the house decent? Not liking the pool being away from the house and it need a good bit of finishing work.

If I had money to build a building like that ,I would have to consult with someone who has good knowledge in good architecture,I would hire a good designer meanwhile the building is being constructed who would worked alongside the contractor,then the designer would furnish and decorate the villa.obviously the owner is inexperienced and does not keep up with modern trends, he needs to watch more HGTV ,buy magazines dedicated to good architecture and that's my opinion.he who knows not and knows he knows not is wise teach him.
My Agent you did quite well showing off the property, but I do not know why you keep correcting yourself when you say " ocean;" you change it to "Sea ". Either word is correct and a matter of fact using the word ocean view is more i alluring.

This property has good bones, but it's dated and has poor decor choices. At such a high price point, I am wondering why it lacks professional interior and exterior design. Que lastima! Smh

Outside of the poor architecture, they could have painted this house in a different color. There’s also way too much concrete on the ground around this house. They could have had more lawn and used concrete just for the walkways and driveways. Such a waste of a prime piece of land.
Interesting, this is a big house and not a villa. A proper villa is consistent with fixtures, architecture and has tasteful finishes that are thoughtfully considered and properly designed. Both inside and outside, this looks like a big drugs man house that was put together slowly as they have the money. The house is so inconsistent and poorly laidout, landscaping is not properly done for a villa and the furniture is not villa esque. I have seen some beautiful actual villas in Jamaica in this price range (some on this channel) and If i had this money it definitely wouldnt be spent buying this big yard

This house is too huge for the size windows, not showcasing the views well, too much walls making it too dark, more sunlight should be able to shine in. Wind flow will be obstructed. The outdoor landscape need lots of work!!! Hopefully already done since this house was built from 2005-7!
No No No for me. AND the colour with the contrasting white looks 'bhuttuish'. A real pity bcoz the view is to die for but the Architechtural design is a total failure. U need a top class Interior Designer to do a complete MAKEOVER....It has potential.
