Man I really love this house! So happy it isn't a 'trendy' glass box. It all looks very cozy. The only thing I would change is ditch the koi pond, because I couldnt care less for fish and make a huge lagoon style swimming pool there.

I know your sneaks are white and I see the fashion continuity ... but ... No. The hand made exquisite details found thru out the property is not lost on me. Details are extremely important for residences at this price pt. The Spa, Garage (flat entry/exit for low cars), Cinema, Master with his & her EVERYTHING, the kitchen and that Solarium are are 1st rate. Unfortunately no outdoor pool is a huge BUZZ KILL. Arthur, this price is ridiculous and Drumelia should tell it to the owner that it makes the agency look unserious if you present this property for 40 million.
Beautiful property but i agree with the previous comments what were they thinking £40M and no outside entertainment area and no pool you could have that in the UK for a quarter of the cost ridiculous !!!!!! I hope you get a sale with this especially with all the choice currently on the market at present and priced somewhat more competitively !!!!!!

Property feels soulless and way over priced compared to other recent properties. Gardens small, no outdoor pool. The Cullinan offered so much more at a lower price. Good luck in trying to shift this at 40m.

Honestly the price tag is ridiculous we are talking about land value of 3-4 millions and construction for tops 2 millions and then convenience for being able to move in immediately of another 2 millions and some profits for the developer of another 3 millions so reasonable price somewhere between 10-12 millions.

The music was nice..... and the spa.... but even before you entered, from the out of place pillars, I could tell the house was dated. Blank white, dull and dated fixtures, fittings and furniture. Was it in this state when you sold it the first time? 😒

I am always amazed how money does not necessarily mean you have great taste. This house is extremely tacky, a joke and embarrassing.
So much kitsch and bad taste in one structure is hard to find. And in order to top the house you drove in that millionaire wannabe G wagon. As for the 44 million you need to be sick in the head. That is Spain where lucky people make 2,000 per month. A house with no history, no big name architecture and in Marbella. That is not Provence.
