An absolutely spectacular property, Artur! The water features are so very well done that a good percentage of my time would be spent with their peaceful atmosphere surrounding me. Love the natural and autumn color palette of the interior. I can visualize some wonderful artworks for both wall paintings and the various corners where modern statuary and sculptures would add to the ambiance. And then the view of the sea (sigh)! Beautiful! Thank you so much for featuring this lovely home and gardens. You've shown some terrific properties in the past, but Villa Portofino has taken first place for me.

My favourite thing about your tours Artur is the subtle way your passion for customer satisfaction comes across…. The house is nice and normally I like many kinds of neutrals, but this is just too much dark brown for me.. and in some areas it lacks fresness. Decor is also very "plain" but maybe its on purpose.. Like this expensive house and for example some terrace furniture, looks quite cheap. Maybe they are not but still.. And maybe because the house looks kinda empty, it needs even just couple plants and art. All I see is variations of beige :D
