I don't believe that road was a freeway. It just looks like a busy arterial road. I'll take the traffic if I could have this beautiful home!

Definitely would have landscaped a wall of trees across the front of the property instead of hedges. Nice home though! 2,000 square ft. homes can sell for $4M where I live so sounds like a steal!

I hate it when someone overbuilds in neighborhood .

Mansion is beautiful but in the wrong location , Should be some where long drive to the house and have a view of the hills or lake... Not close to another houses and by the street lol

@@miketackabery7521 sadly I'm leaving California as well. Upkeep, taxes and insurance is 55k a year for my home which is ridiculous.

This needs a small wilderness to separate from the traffic, tall trees, lots of shrubby bits; a wall, would reduce the noise and offer more privacy.

This would be $15 million plus in Middle Tennessee; $1,000 or more a foot is the going rate for upper end housing. Another location, location, location dilemma.

Housing affordability can definitely vary greatly by region. Northern Kentucky tends to allow more house for your dollar in the area.

Cinci area is the cheapest metro area in Ky for housing. Not a great area for the most part.

@@northernkentuckyliving my experience is that it is dirty, and not very safe. Most of my experiences would be along 75 and 71 in the touristy areas, and In Cincinnati. I had to stay up there for work for a couple months. I cried every day. Lol. Not for me! I'm in central ky, so it's a very different vibe from what I am used to.

Damn 15k sq mansion on a literal estate for 3.8 is crazy. In my area 3.8 wouldn’t even buy half that on a good day, and it wouldn’t have a fraction of this much land. This would be like 25 million easily where I live.

That is why there is fountains. But for that money they should have a wall and several rows of trees. Love the house but won’t pay that to be near a highway!

The mansion is very nice but this might be the worst located mansion I’ve ever seen in my life.

obscene, location ?? right next door to a row of crack houses and the freeway ??? This type of home needs at least 20 acre lot or more. Way to waste good money. Good luck selling this heap.
