Architects get paid some serious money for this type of blueprint. I don't think they give them away online :)

That's a mansion. If you own this, you'd want to keep it in great condition and treat it like an art piece. Problem is, how do you know its value will increase, not decrease?

I hate when people get beautiful mansions like this & DON'T maintain it, and are ALWAYS miserable. Do your homework BEFORE buying.🤨

I checked the history of this place built in 2013. Not very successful selling it. I think the reason is because of the decorator going with an antique look. The house is great, the mill work is great but the decision to paint everything in antique white just makes it look old. I mean things like all that trim in "antique gold" would really be spectacular in bright gold. The walls should have been painted in decorative colors appropriate to the era being simulated. There were a lot of very distinct and interesting colors used such as dark green, dark red, amber, blues etc. Every room should have a distinctive color scheme. I really like the style of this place but it just looks musty and old. It's a shame. It should be lively not depressing.

@@gt-c- I’m from NY but live in NJ. While I agree that NJ has some of the worst people, as far as lack of class and culture, it really depends on where you go in NJ. North Jersey, specifically Bergen County, which is where this home is located (Saddle River) is vastly different and the best part of the state to live in. NJ is also one of the wealthiest states in the country with the most millionaires. In comparison to Mississippi which is not only the poorest, but the least educated, one of the most racist and ignorant states to this day, not to mention uncultured, and a long list of other issues that are too numerous to count.

Nah I'll past on this .I hate those ancient 17 century type of architectures.Modern is better for ne.But nice mansion.

Maybe I missed it but is there no garage? I guess the best way is just contact a realtor but these luxury videos are all most too formulaic and annoying. Brother, when you pull up, I get the tactic: You're supposed to see yourself pulling up but it just wastes time the music is usually overbearing even if it's meant to be elegant and they flash through all the good stuff before you even have chance to digest it.
