It is worth the price. Ikoyi is not Lekki. Ikoyi is more expensive. There are houses selling for $20million in California & NYC with even less interesting features. I think it's a beautiful house. Absolutely gorgeous. And it's less than $2million.

@@rasheedamao4505 The location is what justifies the asking price. Ikoyi is the home of Nigeria's elite and thus a prime location. Some homes in the Hamptons in NY are mediocre but are worth millions of dollars just because it's in the Hamptons. The property is not that bad either. I hear you as well on the lack of infrastructure but that has nothing to do with the developer. That's a Government responsibility.

Nice video I like what you are doing, however I think videos should be shorter. 30mins is a long time to Invest watching an advert, viewers including potential buyers have short attention span. Camera man should also focus more on what is being advertised as opposed to the narrator. The house is beautifully finished and sweet, down side is actually the size of the rooms the rooms are so narrow it becomes obvious the developer was struggling with space. However it's okay sha , but with such an amount I will prefer to buy two very spacious fully detached mansion at arcadia groove.

Do the area have central sewer lines or how do they source portable water?

I’m renting out my UK to pay for my rented home in Lagos. One months rent pays my annual rent and I have the option to move to latest ‘home’ design anytime😇 No way I am paying the asking price up front or 18 months payment plan when I worked 9 to 5 for over 20 years to pay off the mortgage. Will this property appreciate exponentially in 10 years time or will be looking outdated and sad when the latest architectural design craze takes hold. My 150 year old Victorian house will be standing long after this lot have become dilapidated.

The only thing i hate about this house is the swimming pool area. A swimming pool area is supposed to be a little big. It’s of no use building a house this big and a swimming pool like a corridor.

First of all,the square footage of the home does not match that price of $1.7m.You don't even have enough space within your compound for things like garage,garden,swimming pool and maybe a play ground for your kids.I really wonder how Nigerian developers come up with their prices without taking into account things like hospitals,schools,companies,shopping malls.Who on earth in Nigeria will buy that home?

There's another one of these homes in LEKKI Phase 1 built by the same developer, it's less than half the price of this Ikoyi house as that one in Lekki has a ₦400M asking price, so. So yeah, that's really summed it all... *In Lagos, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING*

Me: laughs in my neighbours house which is 1/4 of the million dollar! And is way better than it!
