The house as in layout is nice, but that decor is gaudy, way too much going on. The swimming pool is always added to these Lecce houses like an afterthought, you step out the house and fall in the pool if you’re not careful. I think I would need to build my own house and away from the city to get the modern design I would want.

This is the kind of videos I love. FYI, you're the best youtuber that knows how to show a house in Nigeria. Others shows empty spaces and if it's furnished, they don't show it like you do. You do in-depth tour. Love it.

This is a beautiful furnished Lekki Phase one mansion. I like the living room, I like the dining room, I like the daughter's room. I like the madame room with the walking closet and the woman fashion statue. The master bedroom, master closet, and master bathroom are awesome. I like the balcony with the view. the house's antique furniture is nice. The real estate lady Confidence is elegant and talented.

Hello Confidence I usually enjoy your work but this property is full of contradiction in style. A contemporary style architecture with a Victorian/Classic interior seems to me like a mismatch. Moreover, the video was unnecessarily too long. 32mins???. A 15min video would have done justice. Looking forward to your next video.

This house is beautiful

Growing up as teenagers we all loved these outlandish gold cladded homes which just screams *I'm rich and I want you to suck it,* but now,... Well... Let's just say the minimalist modern designs have slowly but strongly grown on me. 😂 How she emphatically said 4,843sqft like it some sort of monumentous area mass... When in reality it's just a 450sqm land lot, even waaay less than a single regular p of land measuring @60ft by 120ft (7,200sqft or 660sqm) lol. Kitchen's finishing was lackluster, looking utterly out of place in the overall opulent theme of this house. These days for ₦400M, you'd only get a generic looking white stucco finished triplex in Osapa, it'll come with such a laughably cramped pool the size of a hot tub, next to nonexistent parking space, no greenery, no play area for the kids, and definitely, no furnishing, just raw and empty. So in a nutshell, this one comes fully furnished (at least for a change), which makes it a more decent value proposition in my books... Sizable swimming pool (just barely passable though) and a quiet lovely ante room. So, given the current state of the Real Estate Market space, I think this has got to be one of the most Value-For-Money luxury house propositions available today.... As everything now is just so ridiculously priced beyond the stratosphere. Cool house, polarizing finishings... it's really gonna make for a beautiful HOME to whoever finds it of taste.

Ghost you said my mind here! So many things to change and dash to people who love gold. I hate kitchen , throw away the kids beds and other blings in the room. How can you have a ladies room without a bathtub? I am not a fan of the red or purple on the house walls, prefer the other house close with gray and white exterior. It other have been better to leave plain, if i bought i look for people to remove some stuff before redesigning to my taste.
