Hey Jason. Missed you. Wide entry with bar in view 🍾🥂🍹🍸🍻 🙌🏼😋. Huge wine 🍷 room. Staging is 🔥. Still want my tv even with that gorgeous backyard view. Very cozy kitchen. Covered outdoor kitchen and yes jacuzzi access even if rains. Lots of space for loungers and dining. Like the cozy formal dining room. Yesss with the elevator. Nice laundry and appreciate the staff room. Agreed. Amazing open to below. Yesss with the main suite laundry 🧺. Unique en-suite cabinetry. Love the closet and huge wraparound balcony. Rooftop with a view. Amazing home. Thanks for touring.

Jason, I love that driveway. I passed by that house all the time on my bike rides with Dad because my dad lives in the neighborhood. There is so many places to park I mean, you can literally put an RV there. Maybe a small 20 foot to 25 foot RV. I would fence off one half of the yard to separate the pool deck from the front yard. And I saw the pool deck online and I found the pool to be pretty small for a house of that size and of that price range. I would definitely do an extension to the pool.

I wouldn’t fill up the wine room with wine bottles, my mom doesn’t want to do that either, but I could use it to put water bottles for whenever there’s a hurricane……Oh wait! Actually, it’s an evacuation zone so I can’t stay in the house.
