As an example of good place South East Edmonton would be a good place to start with your research. Hope this might give you some start to look at the area in the city.

Hello, there are a few lifts that can be installed on the stairs. That’s something you might have to get it from outside. Otherwise people usually accommodate elderly parents on the main floor bedroom.

Whenever you show us the layout of home from inside, you mention that the basics like REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE and LAUNDRY devices are included in the price. My only doubt is whether we get the whole house furnished with all the furniture like it's shown or is it just a sample house for reference giving an idea to the customers how they can furnish the appartment by themselves!!

Hello, furniture is never included. You can negotiate the price with the builder. Same goes for the appliances (you can get a package ) that will include washer , dryer , microwave , oven and dish washer. Hope you find this helpful. ☺️

Why are houses in Edmonton so cheap?

so expensive! For the same amount you can buy a mansion in the US or Australia! I cant understand why and how canadian homes are so expensive! canada is vast, population is low so none of the price points makes sense to me.
