Hi Jp. The front elevation, color and preview looks amazing. Below street level? 🤔. Thinking of torrential rains and flooding. Grand entrance is amazing. First office, living and dining rooms lovely. Love media rooms. 2nd living area off the breakfast dining and kitchen lovely. Can see myself eating a 🥐 and ☕️. I answered a text, looked up and you’re outside. Look at the size of that pool. Amazing. Guest house? I would call that a pool house. Lounge, shower , change, eat and drink. Bedrooms spacious. Primary amazing. This entire home is amazing. Thanks Jp and see you next video.

Underrated channel
This is a wonderful modern Mediterranean-style mansion. The mansion is beautiful, symmetrical, and well designed. I like the fact that the garage is on the side of the mansion. I saw more expensive mansions that are not well designed. I like the chandelier, I like the living room, the dining room, the office, and the movie room. I like the white marble island kitchen. I like the guest bedrooms and the mansion French doors and windows. I like the the big long pool. I like the master bedroom with French doors, windows and balcony. I like the master bathroom and master closet.

Love Arcadia...that's a wonderful house, but if you really want privacy- check out Sierra Madre. Love their town square.
