Wow wow wow, definitely a beautiful community! The custom handrails was really interesting I’ve never seen anything like that in my market. Also caught the small reference in the beginning😂

Yes, we have had MANY wonderful evenings in our back yard, especially during these times.

That is a very lovely area

I hate the floor in the hall and the floated stairs but the house and the garden are a truly dream, is so warm and romantic scenery.

I should have thrown more money into AMC to afford this spot! 😂

Love the production quality. Definitely on par with what Enes is doing with his tours. The problem is this home is not worth the money. You’d buy it for the location over everything else since the home has some very questionable styling elements. I love the vaulted ceilings but the low ceiling height everywhere else is a deal breaker at this price point.

Appreciate the feedback. If you’re not from Calgary, it’s hard to appreciate the value in the lot, home, and location. I personally love the home. With 8000 sq ft, and in this location it’s hard not to imagine that the future buyer wouldn’t make it tailor fit to their needs and style with some alterations here and there. I respect what Enes is doing, so i genuinely appreciate the comparison!

The fire place in living room is epic... but the stairs 🤷🏽‍♂️

Yes it is! I love that metal medallion - totally unique. That is also what I love about the railing though. It’s got a Hollywood vibe, and I have to say i favor a bold non-traditional statement like that. Maybe not for everyone, but that’s what I love about the different homes we show!

‘Totally understood. When we bought the place many years ago we debated changing what was. At the end, we were happy we kept what was. The next owner will be happy to do as they choose!

"Calgary is full of pretentious people" says the person suggesting they are better than an entire city. Nevermind, that we literally have one of the most affordable markets in all of Canada. It's not for everyone, glad you found someplace that suits your life better!
